A great stay, clean house with plenty of room, the games room was a good hit with the 11 soldiers who stayed. The area was quiet enough for privacy, but local enough to have access to fuel/food etc. A great overall stay and would fully reccomend this booking.

This place was the best for our friend getaway. They were incredibly accommodating when my friend’s pet sitter fell through. Her two dogs were so happy to be there with her. The house was clean and there was plenty of space and fun things to do. Thank you for sharing your incredible home with us.

Very nice location & house

Spent the weekend here this weekend with 11 people, rooms were clean and all a very good size. Huge couch in living room, large dining room table for family dinners. Would stay here again with my family.

Awesome getaway

Great home with lots of space

Our family enjoyed this place. The rooms are big enough for all of use to be together, but there is plenty of rooms so we were not all on top of each other. The kids really enjoyed the game room as well.

Host communication was good, house was very nice but a little dirty in some places. We were not able to use the sauna despite turning on both sauna breakers although host claimed it works. Poker table in advertised pictures does not exist, it is just a normal table. Air on air hockey table did not work. Ping pong net was sagging just a couple inches above the table unlike pictures. Had to bring our own paper towels as none were provided, that was a first.

The house has everything that a family could ask for to have a nice vacation. Everybody had a great time just the house could use a little updating. The grill needs to be replaced. The sliding door is very hard to open and close. The oven only had one rack in it And it only had a couple frying pans that were very dirty and Marked. It’s a wonderful place for a family vacation. It just needs a little love.

Perfect woodland getaway

The house was perfect for a big group of people. We had 8 in total and it was very spacious and everyone was comfortable with the king size beds. The basement was stocked with fun games and the fire pit was so nice to sit around and chat and make smores at night. The property felt secluded but not too far away from stores. We saw a so many deer roaming around the property and it was such a nice surprise to see them every morning.

Great trip with everyone to stay in a house that can easily sleep everyone and their family. Pool and pool house are game changers when it comes to activities and eating. Basement is everything you need to keep busy if it rains. Would suggest it to anyone with a large group of people.

Family vacation

We had a great vacation and a great house. The house is very spacious and have room for all of our grown children and grandchildren to enjoy time together. The heated pool and hot tub were extremely clean and great places to relax and have fun. The finished basement was a great space for all of us to play games and have fun together. The enormous sofa in the living room was more than large enough for all 13 of us to sit and enjoy movie nights together.

Loved everything. Only thing was the check-in was stated as 2pm and check-out at 11am in the website but host then said 4pm and 10am. Not a big deal because the house is totally worthy and the communication was very fluent and easy; would just recommend to amend that

First of all the house looks exactly like The pictures. I have a group of friends and family we have a poconos trip atleast two times a year and when I say the houses look nothing like the pictures they don’t!. Communication was on point answered text when we needed help will be coming back and telling anyone who wants to book a beautiful house in the poconos to check this place out!! Thanks

Great setup for groups, could use a good cleaning

We had a great wkend and lots of fun! The basement is a perfect area for games and entertainment! The dining room is open and spacious for large crowds! Kitchen was awsome with 2 fridges, kitchen isn't very well stocked tho! We were disappointed how dirty it was when arriving, the bathrooms weren't cleaned properly, the kitchen floors were sticky and had hair & crumbs, and we ended up washing some of the bedding since there was a huge spot of something on! After we cleaned up a bit we had a great time! Also the owner is very responsive and helpful! Great experience with the owner, just really needs a better cleaning crew!!!

Very Nice

My family and I had a great time at this location! Rooms were all great sizes, beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. The location was awesome and very secluded. We were able to use the hot tub, and sauna with no issues which was great. Only issues were the master bedroom bathtub did not have hot water as the handle was impossible to move which was such a bummer because it was a nice jetted tub. Also the master bedroom bath shower head wasn't working right either. Rest of the house no issues but there was a lot of ants but again were in the wilderness. Overall a good place.
