The open layout 5000 square foot floor plan makes this Villa the perfect getaway for Large family outings, company retreats or a group of friends getting out of the city.
With seven bedrooms and 11 comfortable queen size beds, it's a spacious setting for making connections and memories the following attractions in the immediate vicinity:

* Shawnee SKI/Snowboard/Tubing resort (5 minutes)
* Camelback SKI/Snowboard/Tubing resort
* Mt. Airy Lodge & casino
* Bushkill Falls
* Fernwood Golf Course & Great bear golf course
* Delaware Water gap

The first floor consists of a 1000 Sq. Ft. game room including a pool table, foosball table, a wet bar a fire burning stove and 50” flat screen TV + Gorgeous Kitchen with 16 foot ceilings and other features. There are three bedrooms on this floor.

The Second Floor has another large 700 sq ft Living space with a large Balcony, a 65” Flat smart TV, a library with a Poker table + other games. There are four bedrooms on this floor.

Outside we have a large Patio with a Weber Gas Grill, large patio, a 36’ foot long 9 foot deep (on deep end).

Pool is available from end of March - end of October, Pool propane fuel heating costs are not included in the price of the rental. Please inquire regarding pool heating costs.

Spacious Retreat: Ideal for Multi-Family Getaways!

We had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo property! It easily accommodated three families with its spacious layout. The open space was a highlight, and the owners were incredibly responsive.

Its was perfect for our family of 16 and all ages. We had plenty of room and felt very comfortable. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed.

Excellent! Just as advertised :)

Plenty of space to spread out and relax at the house. Comfy couches, lots of seating, beautiful kitchen. Nice bathrooms including a shower with jets. Looks just as advertised in the pictures!

Unique house w/ good energy

There were 16 of us. Loved how many balaconies there were. And every communal room had plenty of space for people to hang out in. Loved the mirror walls.

Great stay!

Easy check in, huge space, kids loved running around all the available spaces and adults loved the kitchen entertainment area. Pool was a big hit. Would recommend to all families.
