The balcony faces Tampa Bay with direct views of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge — sunrises come up over the water every morning from this position. Dolphins and shorebirds are visible from inside the condo. The backyard offers direct bay access — guests swim, kayak, and fish from the property itself.
The kitchen has been updated with an open layout and new appliances — fully equipped for a month of meals at home. An in-unit full-size washer and dryer handles extended stay laundry without shared facility coordination. Two heated pools and a tennis court are available within the community.
Two bedrooms sleep four. Two full bathrooms. Flat-screen TVs in the living room and primary bedroom. High-speed WiFi included.
Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 5-minute walk. Publix, CVS, shops, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby — a car is not needed for daily island life.

We stayed for 39 days. We loved the location and the view. The condo was well appointed. The only negative is the condo neighborhood was not friendly to renters. That was really ok, we just walked 5 minutes to the beach where everyone is in there happy place. The most beautiful beach!

Excellent property. View is fabulous, but be aware that it is solid glass across the bay view except for 2 small screened windows. Walking distance to beach and Publix and many other stores. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. There are some unfinished items after the total renovation of this unit. Pictures online need to be updated--owner has installed wonderful remote control blinds. The entire complex is undergoing a complete renovation in the spring/summer 2024, so check on the progress before booking. We love West Bay Cove, easy on and off the island. Well kept grounds. Management company is professional and responsive to all requests, but sometimes they are not well informed by the owners about what is going on.

Great view across bay from bedroom and lounge area .Comfortable bed Very quiet area Close to publix and beach Bus stop for free trolley and number 3 to Bradenton at entrance of unit road Probably 4 min walk to trolley 10-12 min walk to manatee public beach.We left 3 Recliner beach chairs in property although there were 3 there already and 6 ft beach umbrella, nice little shopping/beach trolley we put chairs and umbrella on ideal for carrying stuff to beach small but all fitted ok .Air conditioning was not working when we got there emailed and left phone message at 7pm ,Amy came out to condo at 10 pm and arranged someone to repair it next day which it was well done Amy . Owners came in and said they are looking to upgrade property with new vanity unit’s and new recliner seating in lounge area for next year . No need for car here .Even if you go off Annamarie island number 3 bus is short walk to get to Walmart or number 6 to Cortez area to Aldi Bealls Walmart both buses $1.5 per trip great restaurants on an off island taxi was approximately $15 to $25 to go off island . Used Tommy cars for taxi from Tampa airport $135 plus 20% Tip ask for driver Dan very knowledgeable about area very helpful with luggage great friendly man . Condo 236 west bay cove 600 manatee avenue was a great rental for around $5000 for 28 days Mid April/May 2022 thank you vacation rentals 3001 gulf drive x

We loved the condo location (has a beautiful view of the bay), the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and there was nothing I wanted to cook with that wasn’t available. It was clean and we could not have asked for more. Also, when the blow dryer that was provided stopped working, I called the office and another blow dryer was delivered very quickly. Thank you for making out stay pleasant and one we will remember.

Perfect location for seeing birds, dolphins and the beautiful Tampa Bay. Would love to return when available. Contemporary lighting, furnishings and everything you might need for a complete kitchen with all full end appliances. A beautiful location with easy in and out for cars. Less than a half mile walk to the public beach.
