About this property

Elegant and smart describes this villa in the heart of Palm Beach offering ideal accommodation for both a weekend stay or stays of a week or longer.
The villa is on two levels with the open plan living, kitchen and dining area on the top level opening onto a deck with outdoor dining setting and barbecue. Also on this level is the queen bedroom and one bathroom. On the lower level there are a further two bedrooms, one with twin singles that can be made in a king bed and the third bedroom with a double bed. There is a second bathroom on this level to service these bedrooms as well as a fully equipped laundry.
On the eastern side of the house is an outdoor shower and grassed area perfect for de-sanding the body boards and buckets and spades when returning from the beach with the children
The villa is just a couple of hundred metres walk to both Sandy and Snapperman Beach as well as the ferry wharf, shops and cafes of Palm Beach and Barrenjoey House.

Lovely weekend stay at Hydra

My family enjoyed a lovely sunny weekend at this property on the bayside of Palm Beach. It’s only a short stroll to the bayside beach, cafes and restaurants like Barrenjoey House with the surf beach a 5 minute drive away. The property was spotlessly clean and stylishly decorated in Palm Beach style (white and navy blue furnishings) There’s a bbq on the balcony and some outdoor seating. There’s air conditioning in the upstairs lounge/dining/kitchen area as well as ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms. The lounge area is quite compact but this wasn’t a problem for us because we spent our time enjoying the beach, cafes and walks. Host Jill is very helpful and welcoming.
