Lower level large apartment for up to 7 people, separate entrance in private home in a quiet upscale neighborhood.
Come enjoy our quite neighborhood. We offer a private 1400 sq. ft. apartment located in the lower level. The apartment has a lighted sidewalk with no stairs to make it easy to haul luggage around back. A gas in wall heater supplements heating needs in winter. Sleeps up to 7 guest with 1 king bed (heated mattress pad) in master, common area has 4 twin XL beds in common area 1 twin XL in 2nd bedroom and a Pack N Play for a baby or toddler. Full kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, K-cups & various teas available and stocked with dishes, pans and more. Toys and games for children, baby bath and a high chair to make this rental family friendly. There is an Igloohome smart key box for self check in. Backyard has a patio and wooded view with wildlife visiting from time to time. We look forward to hosting you.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Just a few check-out reminders:
1.) Check-out is at 11 AM
2.) Please be sure to place 1 key back in the lockbox. If issued 2nd key, leave it on the kit. counter so the lockbox doesn't get jammed
3.) No need to make beds up they will be stripped and washed.
4.) No need to take kitchen garbage out as we use the bag for additional garbage as we clean.
5.) Turn off all lights and turn down wall heater leaving the pilot light on
6.) Lock back door upon exiting.
