Deerfield Beach Paradise w Heated Salt-Water Pool

Amazing location in beautiful Deerfield Beach, The Cove! A hop skip and jump to the beach, restaurants, bars and shopping! Minutes’ walk from our home to the beach and less to restaurants, spa, yoga and other entertainment! We call this the Pool/Beach House because of its proximity to the beach.

Our remodeled home is more than 1500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for your perfect vacation getaway for anytime of the year! Equipped with plenty of space for 6 adults or a family with children. Fully remodeled with lovely transitional/modern decor and amenities. New central air conditioning, ceiling fans, fully equipped remodeled kitchen with brand new stainless-steel appliances and the cooking items you will need for those special meals away from home. Other appliances we provide for you during your stay are coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, microwave, blender/juicer, stainless steel pots/pans, electric stove and full oven. Mixing bowls, cutlery, knives, baking sheets, serving bowls and dishes, and other necessities for the kitchen are provided for your use. 8 settings plus the unbreakable set of 8 for the patio/pool area are also for your use. There is a pantry located in the laundry room for those extra food items you may want to store during your stay.

Bedrooms and bathrooms are fresh and new. Rooms are very spacious. The master suite has a jet-tub and shower head with settings and a handheld wand with two settings. This “Beach room” is tastefully decorated with gentle colors that remind me of the beach. It has a king bed and plenty of closet space. Also located in this room is the linen closet with extra linens for your use. We installed new slider doors in this room which has a screen door that lead out to the pool area. We know you will love this as it give so much light and airiness to the room. The second room, “hummingbird”, has a queen size bed with closets and slider doors with a screen door that go out to the pool area as well. There is a seating area just outside the bedroom for your enjoyment. The third bedroom, “Ocean” room is oversized with lovely colors and decor. It fits a king size bed, an electric Adjustable Standing Desk with USB ports for all your charging needs, and lots of storage. The hallway bathroom is light and modern with a pebbled shower floor and a handheld wand. It is conveniently located in the center of our home with ample storage for your toiletries.

The beautifully decorated common area, living room, dining room and sunroom, is comfortable and spacious. A new Smart television with Bose Sound Touch, which is also great for your music choice by Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, great for those times indoors. You can access cable TV, your Netflix, YouTube and other entertainment accounts from this setup. We also have internet, cable television, Wi-Fi, and a landline telephone for local calls. The dining room is conveniently located near the kitchen. We have a lovely sitting area or sunroom that is surrounded by slider doors. It makes for a perfect spot to read or enjoy a cup of java or glass of wine. This space looks out to the pool area as well.

The completely remodeled pool deck area has a resort feel with plenty of privacy. The newly installed horizontal fence in the backyard area gives a modern look and enhances the beauty around the pool. The new pavers on the deck and the beautiful aero descent tiling in the pool reflects the sunlight and pool light gorgeously! Newly installed pool heater just makes the pool experience even better for relaxing and soaking up the sun or hanging out at night during the cooler days or nights. The dinette set on the patio is a great card table or a perfect place for your meals. We provide for you a Weber gas grill, chaise lounges, and entertainment seating area surrounded by tropical plants and nature to give you the best vacation experience ever and comfort you will need.

There is free parking in the circular driveway for your convenience. At night the exterior of the house, front and back, is illuminated with automatic landscape lighting and overhead lighting for those nights out on the patio. If you are an early riser, there is a café table and chairs located in the front stoop of the house for you to enjoy a cup of coffee/tea. It is also lovely for the close of the day as the sunsets can be seen from here as well as the back yard.

Our home comes with many amenities for the comfort and convenience of your stay. Beach towels, beach umbrella, cooler, beach chairs, beach bags are some of the amenities we provide for your days at the beach. Extra bedding, blankets, bath towels are available for your use as well. Our indoor laundry room is equipped with new washer and dryer. We provide for your convenience laundry detergent, iron, and ironing board.
