Sleeps up to 10 people in this fully equipped- Legacy Park Home

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, single-story home is in Highgate Park at Legacy Park, which is 20 minutes to Disney.The home is completely new with furnishings!!! The spacious living room has a new living room sleeper sofa & love seat and a large flat screen TV. It connects to the formal dining area, which has a beautiful dining table and seating for four. The large, fully-equipped kitchen is a modern kitchen with granite counter tops and has everything you would need to prepare a meal. The large island has lots of space to enjoy a quick meal or even a breakfast bar area, which has four bar stools.

 Now for the bedrooms. The first bedroom is a large master bedroom, which has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. This rooms also has a beautiful barn door entrance to the large master bathroom. There is a massage chair to relax in when you are exhausted from walking all day at the parks. The second bedroom has a queen-size bedroom, and the third and fourth bedrooms both have two single beds in them – perfect for kids. Enjoy a game of pool or want to get in some exercise on the bike?  Feel like cooling off at the pool? There is a relaxing outdoor area with the private pool and spa Here, you can sunbathe on the sun loungers around the pool. Or, you can relax under the covered lanai, where there’s patio furniture and TV.

Highgate Park of Legacy Park is a prestigious gated community located in a peaceful location among beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area that features a child’s play area and tennis courts.

-Pool heat is an additional fee of $35 per day/3 consecutive day minimum
-Spa heat only, is $30 a night

Absolutely beautiful villa, couldn't be cleaner. Everything exactly as described. Massage chair is brilliant, definitely buying one of these! Great location and very friendly neighbours especially the ones next door with the two beautiful dogs. One night I accidentally left the car lights on and a neighbour walking by rang the door bell to tell us, that was kind of them. Icing on the cake is the TV outside, I don't know why more villas haven't got this, it was great to relax after a day out with a glass of wine watching a movie. Definitely recommend this villa and looking forward to staying here again

Davenport villa

Great location close to supermarkets restaurants and bar. Pool and spa area very private. Would stay there again. Property management very helpful and always available.

Mother Daughter trip

Great Stay

Great Villa and perfectly described in listing. Communication with property management was excellent throughout and sorted minor issue with the pool spa quickly during our visit. Community that the villa is in is gated and quiet and not too far from the Disney parks. Would definitely recommend.

Only thing I would say or suggest is to make it even better is to add 3 little tvs in the extra rooms.. and don’t think the dishwasher was working, but we washed dishes, so that was no problem…. We really enjoyed our stay…

Excellent stay for our Disney vacation

Property was just as listed. Very clean and the pool and hot tub were perfect. We got it heated so it was great to soak in after a long day at Disney. Close to the parks, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend

We had an amazing stay! The house was as advertised minus the outside sofa section. This was replaced by a table set which was great as well. We had 2 families stay and it was a great space both inside and out.

Amazing stay!

I can't say enough good things about our stay here! Shawna was awesome and very responsive. The house was very clean when we arrived and smelled good. The pool was amazing and was nice to take a dip at the end of a hot day. Being in a gated community made the neighborhood feel quiet and safe. We will definitely look to stay here if we are ever in Orlando again.

Really enjoyed the outdoor area. We stayed 3 night for halloween horror nights at Universal. Its about a 30 min drive. The place was great for the 6 of us.

Florida Getaway

I loved the property and my mom, husband and kids did as well. The property manager was very attentive and quick to address any concerns. It was a beautiful place and just as the pictures display except the out door patio area is different but still amazing and enjoyable.

Great location with a cozy house

Overall, great experience! This was my first house rental and Shawna was outstanding. She offered great customer service and answered all the questions. She even gave us suggestions for food. Property kept very nice and clean. Overall, my wife and my kids were very pleased because they had such a wonderful time, and it's very convenient to shopping areas but you need a car to get around. Perfect home for a large family!

Our stay was great! We enjoyed the pool each day! We loved having our own private bedrooms and bathrooms. We did have small issues such as a closet door knob falling off, blinds falling down that were taped up in the bedroom and living room and the bypass alarm that went off anytime we opened the back sliding door. We have stayed in Florida before and did not have to keep pressing the button. Other than that, this house is perfect in many ways and we would rent it again!

Home away from home

I would definitely stay again. House was beautiful, and cozy. The house had up to date decor. The pool and jacuzzi was great. So many things to do even if you didn't have plans to go out of the house. Vary safe with all the safety equipment in the home. I gave it a 4 because of very small things, the light in Master bedroom needed a new light bulb because light didn't work. It wasn't a big deal for us but for some it may be.

Close to Disney

This was our first time staying at this rental property. The location provided a quick ride to the grocery store and Disney. The property manager was attentive and quick when responding to issues with the property. The dishwasher was broken upon arrival and was fixed the day before we left. The property otherwise was as advertised.

The house was very nice. I just wished basic cleaning supplies were provided especially when asked to before leaving bleach the sheets. Which I do not mind doing. However, the last thing I wanted to do on my vacation is go out and get cleaning supplies that I will not use all of. Overall the house is absolutely beautiful and clean. My family of 4 would stay again.

Very nice house

The communication was awesome. The house was beautiful and the pool was awesome. We paid extra to heat the pool and they did not disappoint in that. We had a couple of minor problems one being the alarm system was not working and the air conditioning was locked at a temperature that was warmer than what we like. The property manager responded quickly and tried to figure out alarm system and the air conditioning that was set Warmer than we liked was in the information when we booked I just overlooked it on my end.

Winter Getaway

House is in a gated community in Davenport, along Hwy 27. Plan for at least 30 minutes to get to WDW parks. House was clean and neat. The furniture on the lanai had been updated from website; has a nice table and 6 chairs instead of a couch. Property manager communicated via email. Shauna was very pleasant. We had an issue with the alarm system when we arrived at the house but Shauna handled it quickly. Unfortunately the pool heat was not on as we’d been told. In fact the water was not running and the spa jets would not turn on. This was reported right away and Shauna tried to problem solve but when nothing worked she would send out the pool technician the next day. Since we were escaping the north winter weather we were disappointed to have a cold pool. It was frustrating to have no updates about the status of the pool heat without having to make a follow up phone call. Shawna reported she had stopped by but thought everything was working. She didn’t communicate she was there and we didn’t see her even tho we were enjoying the nice weather on the lanai. Once the pool tech arrived about 3 that afternoon, he fixed the problem in about 10 minutes but of course it takes a while to warm up a cold pool. Thankfully we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub after the first couple days.
