Perfect house in Newnan!

This house was so perfect for our stay in Newnan to visit family. The neighborhood was perfect for walking our dog, sidewalks and all! The fenced in yard was also a great feature for our dog. We’ll most likely book this house for future visits to the area. The house is a short drive to everything in the area. Owners are great with communication.

All that we needed!

We enjoyed our visit very much! This home is in a great location for visiting Newnan and Senoia. Publix, Kroger and CVS are super close for grocery needs. As for the home itself, it was clean and cutely decorated. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The kitchen and bathrooms had all and more amenities than we needed. We especially appreciated the coffee and snacks after a day of traveling. The owners were very responsive, friendly and professional giving detailed instructions for check in and out. We would recommend this place and will definitely try to rent here again for future visits.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

Loved this place! Extremely clean, great layout for family holiday. All beds comfy, upgraded linens, excellent wifi and new tvs in each bedroom. Very convenient to shopping and interstate while still inside a quiet and safe community. Easy check in /check out. Wouldnt hesitate to book again.

We loved the house and especially the location. It was close to everything we needed including my sister. The beds were very comfortable and the house had lots of room. We would stay there again the next time we come if available.

We started hosting our RETREAT @ ANDERS NORTH (built in 2018) in 2019 and added the MODERN SWANN @ SERENBE (built in 2016) home in 2020! Fun fact...these homes were built by Bobby (he is the owner of BCC Builders). So, as you can imagine, we take a lot of care in our home and love sharing our "southern hospitality" with all of our short-term rental guests!

No matter which property you stay at - the HUNTERIAN HIDEAWAY, the RETREAT @ ANDERS NORTH, the MODERN SWANN, the ANALOG ESCAPE, the HYGGE HOUSE, the HERRENHAUS, the CAWIGA HOUSE, the CARDINAL @ SERENBE, or the SANCTUARY ON WATKINS ROAD - our main goal is to have you love the home as much as we do (or our respective owners do).

On a personal note, when Susan is not getting our properties ready for a new guest, she is usually grading papers or researching in her areas of expertise. Her “real” job is a college professor at a local university teaching business communication to undergraduates and strategic business communication to MBA students. Susan is originally from Buffalo, New York and has been in Georgia for the past 14+ years, and Bobby is an actual home-grown native of Atlanta from the Buckhead area.

We have made the HUNTERIAN HIDEAWAY the premier location for any business, events, or activities you are doing in Newnan, Peachtree City, Fayetteville, LaGrange, etc. There are three updated bedrooms with quality mattresses, linens, and towels. You can expect all the comforts of home and much more staying at the "HIDEAWAY" including access to our four-person inflatable hot tub with over 100+ air jets. Other amenities in the area that are close by include a public pool and splash pad park in the summer months (about 10 minutes away), lighted tennis courts (about 5 minutes away), zipline adventure park (about 20 minutes away), hiking and biking trails (several options), etc. Also, Summergrove Golf Course is less than two miles away that features an 18-hole golf course quick to satisfy golfers of all skill levels (including a driving range). The big question is WHY NOT this property - it literally has everything you would ever need when you are away from home!
