Our home has 3 bedrooms, 1 sleepout and 2 living areas as well as a large deck where you can soak in the gorgeous Hawkes Bay sun!
One lounge has a fireplace, while the other is in the process of being renovated (it is usable but has not yet been painted - apologies for this!) The bathroom has a separate shower and large bath plus there is an extra toilet off the laundry. The bedrooms have all been recently renovated.
There are a number of bedding configurations available, sleeping up to 8 comfortably, or 10 at a push. There are 3 bedrooms inside (Queen bed, Double bed, King Single bed = 5 pax) plus a sleep out off the back of the garage which currently has a double bed (probably more comfortable for 1, could fit 2). We also have another single mattress and blow up bed (probably more comfortable for 1, could fit 2) which could fit in the sleepout or the lounges. A cot or portacot is also available on request. Please let us know if you will be bringing small children. Note the house is not really suitable for a crawler but younger babies are fine.
If you have a large group staying we recommend that you space out your showers and don't have a bath as this drains the hot water cylinder!
There is off street parking available. Please don't park your car/s on the front lawn.
We also have a vege garden and some fruit trees (recently planted), you're welcome to help yourself to whatever is available.
Our entire property is smoke-free, including outside. Please don't have any parties - a few drinks prior to a concert or a bbq on the deck with guests who are staying at the property is fine, but we ask that you refrain from any loud noise (laughing, singing, music, loud conversations etc) outside after 10pm.
