Great stay in Middletown!

We had a wonderful stay in Middletown. Lorraine was easily to communicate with and very accommodating! The house was great- very spacious bedrooms, great outdoor space and deck. We also loved the area, which was an easy walk to restaurants, shops, brewery, the beach and cliff walk! Would definitely stay again!

Wedding weekend

We stayed for 4 nights for my sons wedding, the house was perfect! The location was so close to the wedding venue, the beach and a very short drive into downtown Newport! My son and his groomsmen got ready for the wedding at the house and there was plenty of room. The photographer loved the decks! Lorraine was amazing answering questions quickly and giving great suggestions! We will definitely come back and rent here again if we return to Newport!!

Best Weekend Ever!

The property was clean and comfortable for our group! Lorraine the host was amazing and was very flexible and communicative. She gave us some great recommendations in the area and we had a lovely time. Lots of space and comfy beds! Lorraine was super helpful during check in and check out and was prompt with her responses. The house is a very short walk from first beach and super close to a lot of wineries and restaurants! I would 100% stay here again and would recommend anyone stay here! Thank you so much Lorraine and David!

Family vacation

The house is beautiful. Everything looked brand new and very well done. The host was very accommodating and nice. Great place and location near town and beaches!!!

Great spot

Lorraine and David‘s place was wonderful and perfect for our weekend celebrating our friend, the bride-to-be! Lorraine met us at the house for check-in and gave us a quick rundown of everything we needed to know which was super helpful – she also was very accessible throughout the whole weekend. The house was nicely decorated, clean, close to the beaches and downtown Newport, and just absolutely perfect for what we needed. We especially loved the outdoor decks where we spent most of our time. I definitely recommend Lorraine and David’s place to anyone looking for a spot to stay in Newport!
