Sunshine brightens this well-appointed, updated home, with a large, fully enclosed back yard – perfect for summer bbqing and continuing to unwind after a day in the sun. In the summer, enjoy the outdoor shower for rinsing the sand off.

The main level features a modern, updated kitchen with island, and additional table dining space for 6. Living space with TV is great for relaxing, or catching up on a bestseller.

Three bedrooms on the main level feature coastal decor and ample closet space.
Downstairs, enjoy a second, semi-private living space featuring a den with TV and more comfortable seating, and a separate, private bedroom with 2 single bed and one bath. (Beds can be converted to one King if you'd like; conversion hardware provided)
