Ranch located 8 kilometers from the city within a condominium (Portal da Praia), 100 meters from the small freshwater beach on the banks of the Ilha Solteira Hydroelectric Plant reservoir. Well maintained, with large pool (8.0 x 3.5 meters) with waterfall and LEDs. All rooms with air conditioning released. Brewery, refrigerator, industrial stove, barbecue and microwave. Great space to enjoy moments of leisure with friends and family.
