Stunning Custom 6 Bedroom 4 1/2 Bathroom Home

For our guests who are coming to enjoy the races the 2026 season will conclude with a 6 day closing week from Wednesday, September 2, through Labor Day, Monday, September 7. These dates are still available on our calendar. Whatever the reason you are picking our property for a vacation we welcome you to our special, unique and spacious home that was designed and built by the owners. A perfect space to unwind! It includes 6 bedrooms, (2 of which are master bedrooms), 4 and 1/2 baths, living room, dining room, eat in kitchen and 2 television rooms. Our home is surrounded by 2 1/2 lush acres, perennial gardens and is bordered by 300 acres of Skidmore College's Northwoods. Lots of glass make this a bright wonderful building with beautiful views to the pool, decks, the manicured gardens and field. The three levels of living in the Main House offers lots of privacy. Come back from your adventures of the many things to do in Saratoga Springs to relax by the pool - only 1 mile from Broadway and all Saratoga has to offer as well as the beautiful Adirondacks and Vermont Mountains close by! Great front porch and 4 decks to bring you close to the lovely surroundings of this unique property! Please read the reviews of our past satisfied guests to be assured the house is always well stocked with all necessities and in immaculate condition! Come enjoy our comfortable private home. The pool house will be vacant and not available for your use. The Main House is the only portion of the property currently being offered to our guests. Our home is filled with lots of unique furniture and personal art collections. It is a perfect space to entertain your family and friends as we have for many years! We are not an LLC investment property - you will feel like you are coming home when you walk through the front door! Minimum of a 5 night stay.

Beautiful property was disappointed that the owners were staying in an in-law apartment on the property which is not a huge deal but that would have been nice to know prior to booking. Also at 10am sharp (which was checkout) they came barging in to start cleaning as we were gathering our things to leave and they were not that nice about it.

Susan and Nick's property is perfect for a large gathering/getaway. The location was perfect and it was secluded. Susan and Nick were also very responsive and helped us with all of our needs.

Family Gathering

This house worked great for our family gathering, pictures were exactly as shown, kitchen over-stocked w plates, pans, etc etc, the beds & bedrooms very comfortable. Plenty of room to gather OR to separate when putting little ones to bed. Giant table was great for our game nights. Grounds & gardens are beautiful. A beautiful place to stay, i would highly recommend it & would go back !

Nice Spacious Home with Excellent Beds!

The home is clean and in very good condition. The beds are awesome. The back house is great for additional guests. The AC cools well in the bedrooms but the main floor doesn’t cool as well. The hosts are very attentive and responsive to any questions or issues. It’s a great place to stay. Great property.

another family reunion

This is our 4th time on the property. We like it for all the bedrooms to accommodate the family and it is always very clean. Lots of activities close by for all ages. The pool is a must for the summer. And is a convenient gathering area, with a small fridge located nearby for cold drinks. Very close to the city center, which is even accessible by foot, but could be a long walk for some.

Lovely family vacation

Our family ( grandparents, parents and teen age grandchildren) had a lovely vacation week in Saratoga Springs. The house is as advertised and was spacious,well furnished, with lovely grounds and convenient to the many attractions of the area. We would highly recommend. We would happily come back if we can coordinate teen vacation time again next summer.

Excellent trip to Saratoga Springs

13 people and lots of room. My main concern when booking was having enough of bathrooms. This house has plenty and lots of rooms to spread out at night. We enjoyed the large dinning room table which allowed us all to enjoy game nights. The house was clean and kept well. We enjoyed the pool and the property.

Great space in amazing location

We loved out two weeks at this property. The grounds are beautiful and although pool is not heated my kids enjoyed it on warm days. House and pool house were clean and well stocked. Internet is a bit slow but maybe that is a good excuse not to work while on vacation. LOVED the property - will stay again.

My friends and I gathered to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The both houses were spacious and had everything we needed. Susan was super helpful with check in and the instructions for check were great. If you are looking for a house close to Skidmore Campus, this was amazing.

Annual Family Vacation

We had our annual family vacation of 10. The rooms were all comfortable, the beds comfy the dining area sufficient for dinners and games. The front porch and extended lawn were great for can jam ,etc. The outdoor patio and pool perfect for all! We all love to cook special dinners and loved having a fully stocked kitchen! The only drawback were the stairs everywhere, so 92 year old grandma had a bit of a challenge. Not a space for older folks!

Our second year here. Very clean property, lots of bedrooms for large family reunion. All bedrooms are accessed by stairs, so may not be as friendly for older family members. the den on the main floor worked for grandma in her late 80s. Walking (25 min) distance to downtown Saratoga. Easy drive to other local activities. Both pool house and main house have kitchens and fridge for extra storage. Fridge in the garage is easy access to drinks for the pool.

Family reunion, 90th birthday

Our 3rd stay in the house. We like it because it has 8 bedrooms and the 2 separate houses. We had toddlers this year so they stayed in the pool house with parents and grandparents. Quiet nights for everyone in the big house. Everything is always very clean. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The garage and pool area worked well for a larger gathering of family to celebrate great grandmas 90th birthday. We set up the garage with a buffet for the larger group. The owners supplied 3 tables and 3 coolers for the setup. It all worked very well with room for all inside and outside. It's also very easy to walk or drive to the main street in Saratoga to enjoy the town or track.

Multi-generation family reunion

We rented both properties with 16 people. One year old to great-grandma. Stairs could be problematic for great-grandma. Otherwise, there were enough bathrooms and bedrooms for all to be comfortable. It was great to have the pool house space to store extra food in the fridge and use the TV space for those who wanted the extra privacy. The pool area was perfect after exploring the parks or town. Drink fridge accessible from the nearby garage was very handy. Everything very clean and paper supplies well-stocked for the week. Dining table can seat 12 adults, but is part of an open space that accommodates 16. Property owners were very accessible. Great location and property for a reunion of friends or family.

Why they chose this property

Our location is so perfect - private and quiet. A 600' driveway from the road surrounded by forests on one side and a beautiful open field on the other. All this and only 1 1/2 miles from downtown! We love where we live and are sure you will enjoy your stay! Many of our guests have returned after only being in the VRBO business for 5 years!

What makes this property unique

Very assessable to stores, restaurants, golf, racetrack, walking areas and bike riding areas yet situated on a very private location.
