The living room has a new 65 inch smart T.V. complete with free hulu and CBS all access. The eat in kitchen has all the amenities to prepare a home cooked meal! The updated appliances include electric stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. You will find plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and utensils for your use. The master bedroom has a new 55 inch smart T.V. and a king size bed. Bedroom #2 has a new 55 inch smart T.V. and a king size bed. Bedroom #3 has a comfy queen size bed. There is also a laundry room for your use. The Perry Farm Park is nice bike ride or drive by car away. The park has a awesome park with bike and walking trails. This property is perfect for short term rental. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay away from home. We offer bikes from adults to children and even have a tandem two wheeled bike that we have upon request. this home is close to the Kankakee River and has many bike trails to ride on.
