✔ Bedrooms: Queen-size bed in the primary upstairs loft bedroom, flat-screen TV, and access to the private bathroom. The second bedroom features two twin-over-full bunk beds and a flat-screen TV.

✔ Bathrooms: The master loft bathroom features a tub/shower combo. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower and is located on the first floor.

✔ Living Room: Queen-size sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, and a flat-screen TV with streaming service for family entertainment or relaxing evenings.

✔ Kitchen: Fully equipped to ensure you can prepare all your favorite meals, and a Keurig coffee maker for your morning brew. There is a bar seating area for three, and the outdoor patio has a table and chairs.

$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

*Free activities do not apply to monthly reservations. Guests staying 27 nights or fewer are eligible to participate in activities. Stays of 28 nights or longer would not be eligible.



A few details to ensure a prime experience:

✔ Armbands and parking passes must be purchased from the office upon arrival. The cost is $20 per armband and $25 per parking pass. They are not included in your reservation.

✔ Age requirement of 25+ for booking, fostering a mature and respectful environment.

✔ Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Additionally, noise must be kept at a level that will not constitute a nuisance to the neighbors. Loud and excessive noise will not be allowed at any time.

✔ Guests are not permitted to have pets on the property.
