there was no pool The unit is pristinely clean.Walk in shower. Water and coffee all the time. Was close to great food and nice neighborhood bar. The hosts were warm and friendly. I plan on staying again in December.Highly recommend this property

Bugs and more

Upon my arrival, I reached out to the property owner. I told him I was here, and he told me I had the wrong number. His wife came out and let me in, and everything seem good at first. When taking a shower, I was greeted by a spider. Later that night, I noticed a cricket (or two) and ants were all over the door area. Within a couple of hours, the ants had climbed all over the curtain and eventually started getting on my shoes. I felt uncomfortable to sleep, so I left early in the morning. I don’t recommend this property.

Summarize? How about IMMACULATE! Everything was ready to make our stay perfect; our needs anticipated. Our hosts were very responsive to questions; and with changes in our convention plans, they offered to help us discover new things to see and do around Phoenix. :) Would we stay here again? In a heartbeat.

I would recommend Carmen to anyone renting out rooms! She was the perfect guest! The good qualities you would expect from a guest in your own home. She was polite, considerate, sociable, helpful and quiet. It felt good, safe and comfortable to have her living here. As a person she was wonderful to get to know. Simply the best.... better than all the rest

Wow, what can I say... this place was superb. The best and most hospitable hosts I have ever met. The space was immaculate and private. Lots of lovely added touches to make my stay feel more homely. Will definitely be returning should I find myself in the area again. The only thing I’d advise the hosts to do is to put their price up because I think it is priced too low for the quality on offer.
