About this property

Amazing Sunsets, Beautiful views, A great waterfront property

Terrific lake front home, private dock with guest boat space. Dock is in a small cove - perfect for swimming and fishing. Incredible deck space that gets spectacular sunsets!! Large sunroom perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Open concept kitchen, dining and living room perfect for hanging out with your family/friends! House is located inside the gated community of Twin Harbor, which gives you access to a community pool and various weekend activities throughout the year.
The space
While we do not allow guests to bring their pets - we do have a dog that is there with us, if you have allergy concerns please talk to me.
Guest access
There is space on the dock for a guest boat - bumpers are provided on the dock. There will also be a few water "toys" available - noodles and rafts for swimming. A small selection of life jackets will be provided but we suggest that you bring your own life jackets to ensure that you have the correct fit for all of your guests.

Perfect lakeside getaway!!

Check-in was easy, communication was incredible and the property was absolutely perfect perfect perfect!! I can’t wait to go back. Our kids enjoyed the lake, we fished and kayaked, played games at the large indoor table, enjoyed quality time together and BBQ’d. I began and ended my days in the gorgeous covered porch with the most incredible views of the lake.

Great Vacation Spot!

The house is beautiful and the location is perfect! Pictures provided don’t do justice for how beautiful it really is. Jenn was very responsive to my questions. We swam, docked our boat, caught fish from the dock, used the provided water toys, loved the game room and soaked up the views. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We would highly recommend this house and would love to visit again in the future!

Why they chose this property

This property has a wonderful cove area for swimming and floating. You have beautiful main channel views without the main channel current/waves. House is located in a private/small gated subdivision within a larger community. Larger community has lots of convenient amenities such as a small grocery store, pool, and live entertainment events.
