What a great surprise, when you enter the neighborhood, it looks fairly average. But when you turn the corner and you spot the house, you’re truly blown away. I think the best thing for me as the person who rented the home, is when you walk in those front doors and the jazz music is playing through the whole home and it’s spectacular! We really love this house.

Beautiful property for extended families

The entire house and the casitas were perfect for our extended family members. It gave us some privacy and the wonderful pool brought us together!

Stayed at The Glasshouse for a month with the family. Property is close to all local amenities, the Tramway and the Thursday evening festival in Downtown Palm Springs. We played golf at a number of courses all of which were withing 5 and 35 minutes from the property. Any minor issues that we had with the property were swiftly dealt with by the property team. Lovely stay and really enjoyed Palm Springs.

Amazing house at an amazing value

This property can hold as many as 10 people and you never feel crowded. The layout is excellent. The furnishings are excellent. The pool is fantastic. The landscaping is wonderful and everything is very simple and easy to use. It’s also very stocked with many items needed for a nice stay. I enjoyed very much cooking on the barbecue. It was a great overall experience

Perfect for two families or friends

We recently enjoyed 10-days at this property with our family of five. During a portion of our stay, another family of three was able to join. The property is setup perfect for this arrangement. The main house has common areas that are open and easily accessible, and the additional two casitas provide provide the separation and privacy needed in the evenings. We were pleased with the quality of the home and ammenities avaialble. Already looking forward to the. next trip.

Family trip

The house was the perfect size for our group of 8. Lots of room. The outdoor pool area was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms needed more bath towels, etc. The casitas had an odor that we couldn’t seem to identify or eliminate. The door jam from the dining area to the casita area was broken. All in all, a wonderful house for our group.

Perfect for our family

The property was beautiful, clean, and in good shape. The location was walking distance from a grocery store. The neighbourhood was very walkable, quiet, and safe. The rental company was easy to get a hold of an reached out to make sure everything was ok mid-stay. My only wish was for balco-out or room-darkening curtains (there were privacy blinds), as my young kids were waking up with the sun, and not getting as much sleep as we all would have liked! The oool and hot tub were perfect and we spent a lot of time in them. There is a "kiddie pool" section of the pool which was perfect for my 2 year-old to sit in. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property!

Family getaway

Five cousins and our significant others visited Palm Springs to celebrate a couple of milestone birthdays, and this property was perfect for our stay. The birthday girl and boy each got their own casita, while the others had very comfortable bedrooms to themselves. The living space was perfect for watching football and enjoying our meals together. The outdoor space was essentially another room with ample seating. The pool was larger than comparable properties and we were glad we opted for the heated pool at an extra charge. The spa was more like a slightly more heated small pool since we couldn't figure out to get it much hotter nor how to turn on the jets. The wifi could have been stronger, but there was also often ten of us on it. Overall, we'd definitely return to this property.

Beautiful house and views

We absolutely loved this house. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with stunning and sweeping views of palm trees and the mountains. The pool and hot tub were very clean and there were plenty of places to relax outside in the sun and shade. The kitchen was well appointed with all of the bells and whistles we needed to make large meals. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The management company was also very responsive to any questions or issues that came up.

Great place!

The house was beautiful and clean upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay and were able to cook meals with all the kitchen supplies. Really close to downtown Palm Springs and airport, which was wonderful too.

Beginning of Summer Review

This property was absolutely beautiful! They call it the glass house as you can see why the entire house is virtually glass on the exterior. One would think with all of that glass you would see fingerprints. Well that is not the case. It was extremely clean, well decorated and modern. It's not old and grungy looking like some others I've seen. All of the family enjoyed the pool, the TVs in all of the rooms, and the casitas. The casitas were so nice! They looked like a studio apartment with full kitchens and even a door to sit in your own private space away from the rest of the backyard. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice to stay here. The management company was very easy to reach and tended to any issue that arose. Just like any desert we saw some ants had made a pathway to the pool, potentially making an issue for the children. But, the management company had a pest control company come out within 20 minutes. Very fast service, very attentive, and accessible.

Palm Springs paradise!

We had a an awesome stay at this house - it's a beautiful house and plenty of room for our family with attached casitas... + pool/hot tub.....Views are incredible as well... McClean management company was very helpful and attentive also to ensure everything was perfect.. Great vacation!

Family Getaway

Great place to stay with groups or family. Nice quiet neighborhood with quick access to anywhere in Palm Springs. The art and layout of the house was great. Had some miscommunication with the key pick up but luckily someone was in the office to help on a Saturday and get us back to the house with minor interruption. Well maintained landscapes and incredible Mountain View’s. Would book here again.

Great stay!

The house was so beautiful! It looked exactly like the pictures shown. I appreciated how private the house was despite there being no shutters on the main house windows. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked perfectly with everything we needed - even a basket of pool towels! The two casitas were perfect for those needing more privacy from the main house. I loved that all the beds were king size. Our only complaint is that the AC would turn off throughout the night randomly then turn back on. Specifically, the master bedroom was quite stuffy and hot despite the fan and AC being on. On our first day there, the kitchen faucet broke but the property managers were readily available via text and came within a couple of hours of being contacted and fixed the faucet right away. Overall, it was a great stay for my family and friends and we hope to come back again soon!

Beautiful Home and View

Lovely home, spacious, looks just like the photos and convenient location I would recommend a car rental. Casitas are perfect for guests that may beed more space. All the bedrooms are similar and beautiful. Nice linens and towels, basic toiletries but available. Grounds well maintained and grill, kitchen fantastic. Artwork is also beautiful. Home had some maintenance issues i.e. pool was not clean and jets were clogged because filters were not maintained, AC in Casitas needed filters changed and freon added, kitchen faucet stopped working first night. Management service was responsive but we had to be in the house to let maintenance crew into the home. Pool was not usable until 24hours after check-in since had to be cleaned. Check-in process does not include a walk-through, no guides in the home and the pool remote is not intuitive. Arrival you go to the management office about 1.5 miles away and at check-out same process and that’s at 10am. Overall would stay here again but would need to be ensured that the home is properly maintained.

Awesome house

This property has it all- fabulous layout with 2 separate king bed casita suites- plus 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in the main house. Awesome pool and yard. As mentioned by a previous reviewer a lot fo the house mechanics is technology based. The pool and jacuzzi remote is not intuitive and we were not able to operate it, even with the property manager working on it remotely. We only got the jet to work one evening out of 8. The company that manages the property should have an “user manual” for the pool remote . We even googled and still couldn’t get it going. This was the only issue with the property. We had a great time!!!

Great Getaway

We really enjoyed the property and it was great to be able to work as well as relax. The amenities were awesome. I would really recommend a how to book to understand all of the features in the house.
