Beyond the foyer toward the beach we have a large family room with slider doors opening to a fenced in private blue stone patio and pool overlooking the dunes. Amongst the private spaces on the first floor are 4 bedrooms 1 king (overlooking the dunes), 2 queens ( one with an private bath) and kids room with 3 bunks and 3 full baths, A convenient laundry room with private exterior door that also doubles as a mud-room. As you traverse the arched stairway up toward the main public spaces of the 2nd floor you are immediately met with glimpses of deep blue Atlantic Ocean hues. Here you have unfettered views of the beautiful and popular beaches of Stone Harbor. Tall vaulted ceilings in the living room lead to the 3rd story balcony and rooftop deck. On the 2nd floor toward the west is a large master suite with master bath, walk-in shower. Large fiberglass deck make for an ocean oasis that serve as a perfect place to entertain guests, grill, check the surf or enjoy unlimited saturated East Coast sunrises.
The pool is approximately 8' x 14' and is open from approx. mid May to the end of September.
The house has parking for 4 to 5 cars depending on their size. Linens are provided for all 7 day rentals and can be added for shorter stays for an additional $250.00. The house is dog friendly but there is an additional cost of $500.00 per pet with a maximum of 2 dogs and we do not allow cats.
