Absolutely beautiful, clean, bright & spacious 1st floor, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms condo with a magnificent lake, & fountain view in the famous Falling Waters Beach Resort. Enjoy this active gated community and relax in the 600-foot lazy river resort style pool & clubhouse!

Secluded, fully furnished with hardwood floors throughout the rooms, outside covered with high-quality tiles, where you can enjoy picturesque sunrises and sunsets while sipping a coffee or a glass of wine on the lanai.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed to cuddle up and watch the flat screen TV. Wake up with a beautiful lake view and pamper yourself in this master suite presenting huge windows, with a walk-in closet and beautiful bath with dual sink, large walk-in shower, separate toilet, and superb lighting.

The second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and closet. Second full bath has a tub/shower combo, a separate toilet and amazing lighting coming from under the sink cabinet.

Spiral your way and dine in the 300 Sq. ft Lanai for those not so perfect days but open the doors for a beautiful breeze! With a spectacular lake and water fountain view, a comfy couch, a coffee table and an ottoman, equipped with a summer kitchen, mini-refrigerator and sink, this will become your favorite room in the house!

Comfy and ample seating area located in the living room, with 2 couches, makes movie watching on the smart flat screen TV a perfect event.

The fully equipped kitchen has an eating area with 4 seats, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, expresso, and stove [make it convenient for you to cook, if you choose too].

Dedicated Laundry room with utility sink and great storage.

Please note that much of the furniture has glass and accents and is more conducive to adults than to children.

Condo was roomy and well stocked with necessary items. The resort was beautiful, well landscaped, and maintained. The lazy river was a big plus, a very nice area to relax and enjoy the sunshine. A pleasant surprise

The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. In addition to the pool the lazy river feature was a huge plus. We enjoyed ability be away from it all, but still have easy access to all Naples can offer. Our host was easy to work with and the unit was spacious. We loved sitting on the large lanai each morning.

Our time in Beachwood Resort

The condo is well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the community pools and worked out in the smaller pool. The unit is located between Marco Island and Naples, so we spent time in both places, renting a pontoon boat twice on Marco. Our host was quick to respond to the one short power loss in the complex which took out the internet. A new router was installed the next day and we were back up and running. A very nice place to spend a winter month.

Beautiful Condo in a Resort Setting

We could not have found a better place to stay for our January snowbird vacation. The condo contains everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. The unit was clean, well maintained and beautifully appointed. From the oversized Lanai you can see straight up the lake with a view of various water features, 3 fountains and a volcano. Staying here was like being in a 5 star resort complete with a 600' lazy river. We felt like we were living in a beautiful, peaceful park. Yet many shops and restaurants were nearby to enjoy. We walked the grounds at night with no safety issues. All of our interactions with the owner were professional in nature. Felicia provided excellent customer service, was responsive, attentive and not at any time intrusive. We would definitely recommend this location to others.

Naples Excellence

Arrived and the AC was not working, owner had the HVAC guy there in hours, all perfect. Best location, 15 min to Marco, 15 min to downtown Naples. Pools were beautiful and we are trying to buy a condo in the same complex. Could not have been a better two weeks in Florida.
