About this property

Quiet duplex by the beach, short walk to Falmouth Village, 2GBps Internet

A side-by-side two-story duplex on a quiet dead-end street. Great getaway for large and small families. Each unit of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 7. A short walk to Falmouth Village with its shops and restaurants. Only 200 yards from the Surf Drive Beach (swimming area for kids, concession stand, changing rooms, and shower); short distance to bike path and Martha's Vineyard ferry. A short bike or car ride to Woods Hole. While in Woods Hole make sure to visit Ocean Science Exhibit Center. There is a small aquarium in the middle of the town. It is said to be the oldest aquarium in the country and 'petting' the fish is allowed! Lots of restaurants, great for lunch for the whole family and for romantic dinners.
Need accommodations for a larger group? Reserve both units (see Homeaway property # 270641 for the other unit ).

Clean place for my writing group and near beach
This was a clean, reasonably priced place that was within walking distance of Surf Drive Beach. It was good for our writing group.

Wonderful home base for Cape vacation
House was clean and spacious and a lovely yard. The location was perfect - block to the beach, easy walk into town, and easy ride to bike trails. Great for a family vacation

Great location.
This place was great and Regina got back to me immediately when I had questions. We have a 3 month old baby that was staying with us so it was great to be a 3 minute walk to the beach. All the bedrooms were bigger than expected.

We had a fabulous vacation at this home just a short 4 minute walk to the beach. 15 minute walk to Falmouth Center for shopping and dinner. Biked to Woods Hole on the Shining Sea bike trail. Short walk to Falmouth Pier to see boats as well. Home was clean and comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy our time away. Will book for next year as well.
