I recently stayed here while in Anthem, Arizona and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The space was spotless on arrival, thoughtfully furnished, and felt more like a private retreat than a simple guest room. The bed was very comfortable, the linens and towels were high quality, and the small touches like plenty of hangers, extra blankets, and a well stocked bathroom made it easy to settle in right away.The location in Anthem was a huge plus. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, and I loved being just a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, and freeway access while still enjoying a peaceful, residential setting. Mornings and evenings were especially nice, with beautiful desert light and a calm atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a busy day.The host was excellent responsive, organized, and genuinely welcoming. Communication before and during my stay was clear and timely, and check‑in/check‑out were smooth with no surprises. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and it was obvious that the host cares about providing a high quality experience for guests.Overall, this casita was a perfect home base for my time in Anthem. It offered the right balance of privacy and comfort, with all the conveniences I needed for a longer stay. I would absolutely rent this casita again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Anthem

The property served our purpose for the month. It was conveniently located. However, the cleanliness was not up to our standards. I won’t go into all the details. There were, however, several upon our arrival that needed, addressing.

Winter Stay in Anthem AZ

It was a very quiet home and neighborhood. You definitely need a car to get around. The pseudo kitchen and bath were just fine for me. It takes a very long time to get hot water in the morning and I didn’t like wasting all the cold water. For me the bed was too soft ( I’m use to a Tempurpedic mattress) and I didn’t like the crinkly waterproof mattress protector I had to sleep on. The owners were helpful and quickly responsive when I needed help. I could only get Netflix and You Tube on the tv and the process for getting it to work was different. The room chairs were cute but were not a comfortable place to sit on an extended stay and I couldn’t curl up in them with a book.
