Located in a fully renovated circa 1850s building, this guest suite has quality and modern finishes throughout while retaining historic charm. Ground floor unit with fully furnished living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette with mini refrigerator, microwave, and a single cup coffee maker.

Small town feel at a great value. We have stayed in Lexington and Louisville in the past but we always come back to this guest suite since its walking distance to the local restaurants, bars and coffee places. Being able to park next to the guest suite with all of our luggage is a plus also. Our hosts are nearby so if there are any issues, they have always responded very quickly.

This guest suite was the perfect spot to stay in. The downtown area of Frankfort was so quaint and easy to walk around in. Plenty of little spots to eat and drink. We will be back for sure!

Love this little studio!

Great location, well lit area. Would most definitely stay again. Had all the amenities needed right down to a few soft drinks, bottled water, breakfast bars and K-Cups.

Charming and conviently located

It was the perfect spot to nest up for a two-day stay in Frankfort. Short drives from some popular distilleries, walking distance to the historic downtown of Frankfort, as well as some great shops and restaurants. Really great spot!

Bourbon Tour

We have stayed in many different VRBO's and I can say this one checked all our boxes. Location - great, cleanliness - great, host - great and restaurants - walking distance. If you are looking for a little cozy place for a single person or a couple this is the place to stay.

Great place to stay

Excellent communication with the property owner, very responsive to all inquiries. Location is excellent, walking distance to restaurants and a great brewery nearby. This place was absolutely spotless when we checked in. Our main purpose was Buffalo Trace and it is a very short drive from here. Great central location to visit other places as well. Would definitely recommend this place.

The place was wonderful . We were able to walk to any of the bars or restaurants we wanted to the place was small but clean worth staying at if planning to stay in Frankfort. only downfall was it took a very long time for the hot water to get to the shower or sink

This property was located by good restaurants, historical buildings and many distilleries. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and easily accessed. One minor point was use of perfumed laundry soap or spray freshener that was too strong.

Great Location and Place

The studio is located in downtown Frankfort walking distance to local restaurants. Only 1.5 miles to Buffalo Trace. Never had trouble finding parking usually right outside the door. Owners provided everything you need for a short stay. Very clean and comfortable. Thank You for a great stay!!

We had a fantastic stay on St.Clair in Frankfort! The room was clean and comfortable, but most importantly location, location, location! 5 minute drive to Buffalo Trace, 15ish minutes drive to Castle and Key. We took the “trolley tour” of the historic downtown and really enjoyed being in walking distance of many restaurants Serafini’s for a nice dinner, Goodwood Brewery, The Brown Barrel, Sig Lurschers, and our favorite was Bourbon on Main. We couldn’t of picked a better place to stay on our little getaway!

Another great stay

Despite the weather, we really like this location which is centrally located to restaurants, bourbon tours, horse farms and Keeneland. The beds are comfy and the high speed WiFi worked.
