The Beachgrove cottage is a refurbished self contained 2 bedroom cottage. It has one bathroom with a spa, toiler , shower and small laundry cupboard with washing machine, clothes rack and cleaning equipment/products. A neat kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave , oven / stove top and fridge/freezer. Its a 3 min walk to the beach. A very peaceful area in a semi rural setting. We have wifi check the black folder located on the bench or bottom draw.

Beach escape

Beautiful cottage, with gorgeous garden,awesome area close to beach. Lovely welcome from hosts with fresh eggs from the chooks too. Accomodation was really clean and we loved it! Would highly recommend this as a great place to stay.

Beautiful & quiet

Lovely little beach cottage. Had everything i needed for an easy short stay. Its was just what i needed to check out for a bit. Beach was lovely and most of the time had it all to ourselves. Dogs loved it.

Perfect location to rest and relax

A beaut, quiet and restful location with wave sounds adding to the serenity. The hosts Michelle and Travis were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. For a long stay (we did 16 nights) or a short break, Beachgrove Cottage is a perfect location to rest and relax.

Great stay for families and fur babies

Delightful comfortable house with a beautiful garden. Most important, we were able to bring our precious fur baby, Billie. The garden is stunning and well cared for! Overall, we loved our stay and found the owners to be most helpful and friendly - BIG thank you !

This is the perfect quiet beach getaway.

The owners were lovely, lounge fire place was ready to light. They replaced firewood regularly. This is the perfect location for beautiful beaches, surf fishing and peace and quiet.

Trouble with the owner

We booked the stay and were later informed there will be no electricity & water on Sunday morning due to an outage. Had huge trouble cancelling the booking with the owner and had to get stay’s customer support to help us. We took annual leave for this holiday that turned up to be an unpleasant experience.

Woodside Break

Ideal for short stays, comfortable, with generally all you would need for most creature comforts. Secluded, quiet area with an abundance of furry creatures (rabbits) enjoying the tranquility. A little hit and miss with telephone reception but then again, who really needs that when taking a break.

Beachgrove Cottage Woodside

We had a great few days in this comfortable cottage. It was a short walk through the caravan park to the beach, which we virtually had to ourselves except for the occasional person fishing. The fire was lit when we arrived, and some Tim Tams were left for us - nice touches. The spa was great, and the full kitchen enabled us to cater for ourselves. When we needed some extra wood, the hosts responded quickly. Thanks Michelle and Travis for a very enjoyable stay.

Great little place for a few nights stay. It was great to bring our dog along and she loved that the yard was all fenced in. Owners near by and friendly, and happy to help if you needed anything. Fresh eggs, milk and biscuits were a lovely bonus touch. A lovely house with everything you need - thanks for a great stay!

When we arrived the fire was lit which was lovely as it was quite cold. The house was clean and having a fenced yard for the dogs was a bonus. The walk to the beach was very short and we did get up early and got some amazing sunrise photos. Would definitely stay again

Nice and quiet. Well fenced for the dog. The fact there are no shops apart from the nearby caravan park kiosk gets an A from me. Great beach to walk along

Clean comfortable cottage in a good location. Extremely low water pressure in kitchen taps and washing machine would only progress through 2 minutes of the 15 min cycle. Not enough water to wet the load

Heating a bit lacking, very clean. Dog enjoyed the stay. Well fenced. Close to a very good beach. No shops nearby but that is expected. Bad phone coverage - all networks.

Lovely break. Garden gorgeous lovely to sit on deck in the sun. Comfortable inside bright airy lovely touches. Cosy wood stove. Birds singing hear the waves. Rabbits about.. Lovely day drives to Port Albert & Yarrum.

Just what we needed!

After an extremely busy 2023, we needed to escape to somewhere peaceful and this cottage certainly delivered! The cottage was fully equipped with everything you need in a home away from home. We were able to prepare full meals, store all our cold goods in the full-size refrigerator, and sleep peacefully as the sound of the waves were crashing in nearby. The property is located a very short walk away from the beach. There was no need to cart every essential with us to the beach as we could easily duck back to the cottage to grab lunch or anything else left behind. The fact that the cottage is dog friendly made the whole trip extra special. Our furbabies are well and truly a part of our family and to have them with us the entire time was a joy. If you are looking for a quiet retreat, look no further!

The cottage had a very peaceful settling with an enclosed garden perfect for our dog to enjoy. The cottage was neatly presented, compact with all the necessities that made our stay a pleasant retreat. Thank you to Michelle and Travis, the fresh eggs and timtams were delicious.
