Chateau Blanc 11 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo tucked within the heart of Mammoth Lakes, steps from downtown and the free ski shuttle to Mammoth Mountain. Enjoy access to the year-round community hot tub and seasonal swimming pool. Famous for its epic snow season and breathtaking natural beauty, this California town is an outdoor lover’s wonderland, with everything from beautiful golf courses, scenic hiking and biking trails, skiing, snowmobiling, rock climbing, and more. Imagine exciting days of windswept mountain adventures followed by relaxing nights by the cozy wood stove.

The main floor of this condo features an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and oversized picture windows, creating a modern, yet rustic ambiance. After a day on the slopes, relax on the soft sofa and stylish club chairs and stream a favorite movie on the Smart TV as the wood stove warms the space. Blue-bird and Summer days beckon guests out the sliding glass doors onto the private deck with a BBQ grill and mountain views. To the side is a spacious kitchen, fully equipped with high-end appliances and a Nespresso machine for fueling early risers catching first tracks. A laundry closet by the front door offers convenience for extended stays.

There’s on-site parking for 1 vehicle, or guests can jump on the free ski shuttle to access the world-class slopes of Mammoth Mountain at Little Eagle, Canyon Lodge, or Main Lodge in less than 15 minutes.

Perfect location

Condo was great. Great location-shuttle bus, grocery shopping, a few restaurants. Very comfortable beds, pillows, bedding-in all rooms. Kitchen equipped with most things needed.

Spacious and well stocked property

We are 2 families taking our kids to ski this past weekend and stayed at this property. This place has everything you need in terms of kitchen appliances and everything was clean and organized. Although it is a few minutes drive away from the slopes but the cheaper price tag makes up for it. This place is also surrounded by restaurants and grocery shops and is super convenient. We will definitely consider staying here when we visit next time!

Mammoth was great condo not so much

Mammoth was so beautiful at this time of year. We rode our bikes, hiked, and took in the beauty. However, there was a huge construction project going on right outside the back of the property. This put a damper on the whole vacation. This meant we could not open windows or sit out on the deck or use the pool. The code to our condo got changed two times and locked us out with all our belongings inside. Very frustrating. I have put in a request for a partial refund. I’ll let you know how it goes.
