This place was amazing. It had everything we needed and was just a quick drive away from some great restaurants. Will definitely be booking again in the future
We had a lovely stay for 3 nights at this cottage. There are lots of beds, a great kitchen with plenty of dishes and pans and tools and a large living dining area. We also loved the dock. The neighbors are quite close so you do share a walkway and dock with them (which was fine). We especially loved kayaking and paddleboarding around the islands. Dont miss the Thousand Islands bout tour that leaves from a nearby dock.
We had a beautiful stay the house was spacious and we found everything we needed and more! Also, the view was incredible. Thanks again for the perfect stay
Excellent location. Great abundant house with amenities. Comfortable and family friendly. Many stairs but that’s fine. Great dock and river access. Will be renting again for us 10!
We were 7 cycling/kayaking ladies who has the good fortune to stay at this property. The kitchen was well outfitted for the chefs, we had lots of room to relax and enjoy the views.
We just returned from our week in the thousand islands - what a wonderful week it was! This property was perfect for our stay. Water views from two of the four bedrooms, dinning room and second living room too. The four bathrooms were more then enough for our three families. We spent hours sitting on their spacious dock - which also had plenty of room for our 26 foot boat. We would hope to return again!

Thank you for your review Don!
We would be happy to host you and your family again in the future!
We had our family and cousins stay with us totaling 9 of us. There was plenty of room. This large house right on the St. Lawrence River was such a blessing for our reunion. It's spacious, kitchen well equipped, boat dock beckoning with kayak, paddle board, and easy water access. We really just wanted to stay longer and relax some more. PS Beds were great
Beautiful setting. Comfortable accommodation. Cosy beds. More stairs than we had anticipated. Elderly guest unable to access water. Fridge was dirty and microwave door handle broken. Top rack in dishwasher broken.
Recycling and garbage protocols unclear. Need more detailed instructions

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
Overall the home and location is beautiful. The communication with the property manager was disappointing. The property manager reached out asking for payment when the stay was already paid in full. There were no towels in any of the bathrooms. Two boats were left at the dock blocking the beautiful view and us needing to park at the neighbors dock reducing the space for our family to swim. Half the documents stated check in was 3 the other documents said 4. When we reached out to property manager on where everyone should swim with the additional boats no response was received.
This VRBO has everything and more to experience Canadian cottage life. The open kitchen and great room provides more than enough space for several families to gather while also allowing for privacy in the many rooms. Speaking of kitchens: home chefs will appreciate the gas range and convection oven! A special treat is the bonus outdoor living space overlooking the River with an adjacent room including kitchenette and bathroom. The town is just a short drive away for acquiring anything one might need to live more than comfortably. Excursions to Alexandria Bay and Brockville were easy and fun for everyone. The dock is a few steps away from the house making swimming, kayaking, and fishing a true pleasure. Our entire party will miss listening to the loons each evening. We just can't wait to go back.
