Magical 1 queen bdrm/1 bth bungalow completely remodeled 1 & 1/2 blocks to the sand and beach with top of the line everything including full size front load washer/dryer. Beautiful serene courtyard area to relax in with your coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Everything you need to live full time. Just bring your suitcase with your clothes and enjoy the area. Walk to everything! 4 blocks to Washington street where all the restaurants, bars, coffee houses, ice cream shops and bike rentals are located. Venice Canals, Abbott Kinney, LAX Something for everyone!

I am originally from the southwest suburbs of Chicago but moved to the South Bay Area. We have owned and been running the Marina Beach Bungalows since 2008. We love the bungalows and meeting the nicest people from all over the world which we now call friends. It’s a beautiful place to enjoy! So many things to do in the area as well as so well located to explore in every direction to all that California has to offer. Amusement parks, wineries, water activities, snow skiing, mountain climbing, shopping, hiking and much much more. Come and explore for yourself!

What makes this property unique
The building is one of the first in the area being built in 1924. It has been remodeled and is beautiful. Large kitchens with all stainless appliances and big islands. Gorgeous bathrooms with large showers or whirlpool tubs. Beautiful serene courtyard area filled with greenery and patio areas to relax in and enjoy coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. Walk to everything!
