Ski-in condo with PRIVATE hot tub
Enjoy a year round vacation in our spacious two-bedroom condo. Located on the mountain in Fernie Alpine Resort, there are recreational activities to enjoy in all seasons on the door step including skiing, mountain biking, hiking and the Aerial Park and Zipline!
Our condo is in the Stone Creek development, a quiet cul de sac a short distance from the ski lifts and resort amenities. Walk 500m to the Elk Chair and ski back to Stone Creek at the end of the day. Walk through your own front door on the first floor and relax in front of the fire or in the hot tub on the deck which overlooks a forest to the rear of the property.
The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, but a night out in downtown Fernie is a 10 minute drive away, with tons of great restaurants and bars to choose from. The main bedroom features a new king-size bed and ensuite with bath and shower. The second bedroom features a bunk-bed, double on the bottom and single top bunk, with a trundle added below. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is perfect for socializing and leads to the deck with BBQ at the rear of the property. The property is a great quiet place to hang out, unplug, and get outdoors.
Other amenities include a ski locker, one allocated parking space with marked visitor spaces, on site washer and dryer, and wifi.
Please note the following rules enforced by the Condo Strata Board:
• No smoking is permitted within 6 metres of doors, windows, or air intakes. This includes patios on the front and back of the units. Smokers are expected to dispose of cigarette butts in appropriate receptacles, littering is prohibited. Hot-tub parties are prohibited.
• Visitor vehicles are to be parked in the spot designated for the unit, if a second vehicle is in attendance it must be parked in a spot marked “V” for visitor.
Please note the following additional information from the owners:
• Stone Creek is a quiet, family-friendly refuge. Visitors and owners are there to peacefully enjoy nature at its best. Noise complaints, at any time of day or night, are taken very seriously. Disturbing the peace will be considered a breach of house-rules, and as mandated by VRBO and Airbnb, a breach of house rules is cause for an immediate cancellation of contract and immediate removal will be enforced without refund.
• Contamination of the hot tub and/or loss of water to evaporation (from overuse) will result in additional fees. Additional hot tub use information is presented on page 2
• Inviting additional guests not listed in the original booking will result in additional fees.
