Comfortable With Beautiful View

Tim was incredibly accommodating and responsive, especially to last minute needs! The Murphy bed is very comfortable; the view and location can not be beat! It's very spacious for a studio. This is where you want to be in this area! Kitchen cabinets and couch definitely need some upgrading; fridge and stove are great. The place wasn't particularly clean, and I went over everything myself with wipes and swiffer. I also booked last minute so perhaps there was no time to get a cleaner in.

Loved the location. Having coffee on the Lani in the morning and watching the sunset on the Lani in.

Location very nice. Access to beach excellent. Elevator service no problem. Murphy bed fine. Unit was not clean. I went over kitchen, sitting areas, bathroom with Clorox wipes. In many areas they were black after I wiped. Kitchen didn’t feel clean enough to use for any extensive cooking. Had only two bath towels and I had to search to find the second. Counter tops and cabinets in kitchen need replacing. Price was reasonable so I guess you get what you pay for.

Madeira Beach Vacation

This was a great place to stay. First time in a Studio and it worked out great. Love having a washer and dryer in unit. Owner was very responsive when we had a question. Would stay here again.

Great get away for two

Excellent location, only feet from the beach. Great security for parking, lobby, elevators and unit access. While there are a few restaurants nearby, there are some nice restaurants and grocery stores with in a short drive.. The pool is very nice, however, they do not allow food or drinks... we had a very enjoyable visit. Thanks!

Awesome sunset views and Crashing Waves 24/7

If you like a breathtaking view of the sunset every night and crashing waves 24/7, this is the place for you!!! This high rise is closer to the water that most so you actually hear crashing waves 24/7. Also, I have been renting in Florida for 7 years and Tim has been the most accommodating owner I have ever worked with. He would actually e-mail me to make sure everything was OK and I appreciated that!! I would have actually rated this property a 5+ if I could have!!!
