A lakeside retreat sleeping 30 adults! This property provides a spacious private waterfront including a smooth, sandy entrance, a dock for your personal boat or one rented from us, and a swimming dock for those hot summer days. Enjoy laughter and stories around the large fire pit, a competitive game of volleyball or corn hole, cool nights in the hot tub, a pool game followed by a poker tournament, hours spent in the new game room, or a relaxing movie in front of the dramatic stone fireplace.

Great MDW!

The lightship was perfect for Memorial Day weekend with my friends and Anthony was a great host with detailed check in/check out instructions that made everything easy. Would stay here again with large group

On Moose Pond

Terrific LARGE gathering water front property. Grand open concept with terrific yard and pond for swimming. We'll be back again!

A week at the Lightship

We needed 10 bedrooms on a lake in Maine. The living spaces indoors and out were comfortable and adequate for 16 adults. Kitchen had good cooking appliances , pots, dishes and seated all of us. There were games, badminton, volleyball. Paddle boards and kyacks and a lovely lakefront.

September wedding in Maine

My daughter got married in a beautiful restored barn in Harrison and we hosted the out of town visitors at the Lightship! We COVID tested everyone as they arrived and happily had all negative results. The property is spacious and clean and has everything you need and Moose Pond provided the beautiful setting!
