It was a lovely place with a well equipped kitchen. and private fenced yard. Walked to the beach, store and coffee shop. Drove to Able Tasman Track and Ngarua Caves. Nikki, the host, communicated questions we had and how to check-in.
We had a lovely 2 night stay. It was a wonderful place to relax & the location perfect for enjoying the stunning beach.
I look forward to returning here again one day.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us we look forward to welcoming you back again some time Nicki
A fabulous way to end a tour of the South Island with family from UK, very relaxing and enjoyed reading the history of the place, loved the renovations, would be keen to stay again!
My husband and I stayed with our kids. The bach was clean, very well equipped and the location was close to the beach and shops. Our kids also loved exploring the estuary.
Wow what an awesome property, very tidy and spacious for our family of four. Highlights were the location to the beach and the recent modern renovations completed. Beds were comfortable and the shower is amazing. It was also quiet at night during our stay, even with the campground next door. The internet was very good to, no complaints from the kids. We'd love to stay again one day.
Fantastic house in great location. Warm, sunny and with nice private outdoor areas. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Marked down slightly on accuracy of listing as the kayaks were not available even though we had checked at time of booking and been told that one would be. Not a biggie but the kids were disappointed as they had looked forward to pottering on the lagoon. Also there IS wifi at the house so listing is a bit confusing. And as others have said, the bbq is only a grill no hot plate so cooking a bit restricted.
I mention this only to help future guests as I know everyone reads reviews looking for info. We absolutely loved the house and would love to stay longer next time.
Thanks for having us!
11/10 for location, spacious, great host (very VERY helpful), everything you need and more. Can't speak highly enough of the place. If you want a point to work on, maybe a bed-side light. That is literally all I can think of. It's fantastic!!!
