Karyn and Terry were the most welcoming hosts you could imagine, very hospitable, kind and accommodating. I loved our breakfast chats, my room though sadly the weather while I was there didn't allow me to admire the mountain view!! Next time I hope .... :-)
Great space, comfy bed and amazing view(even on cloudy days). Karyn was an amazing hostess; Loved my morning chats over breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

So thrilled you enjoyed your stay with us and we always enjoy the return of previous guests. Look forward your return.
The booking said a bedroom and bathroom but on arrival it turned out that the room and toilet had to be shared with others. This was not what was booked. Very disappointing.

So sorry you were dissappointed with your stay & expectations, such a shame you never advised us once you checked in. I would like to think you enjoyed our hospitality and home made treats.
A warm friendly welcome from Karyn and Terry, with excellent communication beforehand, was a wonderful start to our trip….a first time to New Zealand. They went out of their way to make us feel very welcome, and to introduce us to New Zealand! Food and coffee were prepared with great care, and we were introduced to many Kiwi specials. Cleanliness was top of the line, with extras to make this an enticing stay. (Blankets, treats, kettle, coffee and tea in the room, access to the deck, beautiful view from the bedroom….). We had many great chats, with lots of laughter, and lots of information shared. Bottom line…A very special place to stay!
Great hosts, very welcoming. Made us feel at home and more like family than guests!
