Come experience the magic of the Vineyard in our island home. This charming residence is clean, cozy and boasts modern furniture and decor. Amenities include 3 TVs, cable television, Wi-fi, DVD, Keurig and a Nespresso Vertuo! The property has a private yard, sundeck, propane BBQ grill, outdoor shower and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and making S’mores. Also provided are beach chairs, boogie boards and a variety of books and board games. A pack and play and blow up mattresses are also available for kids. We are located directly across the street from the bike path, and close to beaches, Oak Bluffs Center, shopping, restaurants, nature trails, and Farm Neck Golf Course. You won’t find a better value on the island!

Great stay

We had a great stay in MV. Home is 3 minute walk to the bus line so very convenient. Walk to the beach would be ~20-25 minutes. Bike ride less than 10 minutes. Host is exceptional.

Last Minute Booking

I booked Martha's Vineyard at the last minute to celebrate my sister's birthday. I figured all the decent house rentals would have been taken already since July is the height of the vacation season. Luckily, I found this property that had a few days available on their calendar and grabbed it. To my surprise, the house was perfect for our needs. The owner, Gia, was very responsive to all my emails. When we arrived to check in, there was a bottle of wine and note left for us...very classy.

Perfect

Our stay at this house was perfect for our needs, five adults. We’re on island for a week. This included three adult children who had to work a few days. At one point all three were on Zoom meetings and the internet handled it without a problem. Amazing. Everything stated in the description was accurate. Gia answered every question quickly and was able to adjust our dates. Really accommodating. The house is very comfortable. The five of us never felt on top of one another. The deck is really large with a table that seats 8, and the outdoor shower was fantastic. No one ever showered indoors. There is a nice fire pit with wood. The location was excellent. Having been to MV before we knew we’d be driving places, although walking to town was easy, takes about 20 minutes. We’re already talking about coming back to this property next year. My thanks to Gia for her friendliness and hospitality.

Martha’s Vineyard stay

Overall my vacation was very nice. The description of the house was not accurate. There was many things not there that was listed. I had children and there was nothing for them to play with. The beds were broken. And when we got there it wasn’t that clean. But I still had a very nice vacation.

Hi Kathleen, thank you so much for you feedback. I am so very sorry to hear that your family's vacation did not exceed your expectations. I spoke with your son (the tenant) the day that he was leaving the house. He actually told me how he broke the bed a couple of days prior and that he had been sleeping on the couch. I told him that I wish he would have contacted us right when this happened and we would have had someone come and fix it for him immediately! Additionally, if there were items in our listing that you did not see at the house, it would have been very helpful if you again, let us know right away. We definitely want to ensure that everything is present, and we will replenish anything that is missing. In RE to the providing toys for children, unfortunately we do not provide specific toys - only board games as detailed in our listing. Finally, in RE to the cleanliness of our house - this is most definitely something that we take very seriously as my father was a builder and landlord, and always told us to never rent a home in which you would not be comfortable staying. I did let the cleaner know of your concern, but if you again, could please email us and provide a bit more detail on exactly what you found unclean, we can pass on that information to the crew. Thanks again for providing the feedback, and I hope you enjoy the rest of your summer.

Nice property would have liked more details

The property was nice and had lots of towels as well as 4 beach chairs. It was not waking distance to any town so you need a car to get groceries and go out for entertainment as well as going to the beach. It would have been nice in the intro letter to know that there was wood available for the lovely fire pit that we used to make s’mores one night. We searched a lot of places for wood which we found. The last night we found the wood at the house. Also it’s always great to have a lots of the places that deliver food, but this was also not available. As long as you have a car this is a nice sized house w a great back yard, fire pit and bbq grill ( which we didn’t use) . The back deck has a nice table w umbrella for shade. There are 2 full bathrooms . One of the bathrooms has access from the queen size bedroom directly, so the other 2 bedrooms share the hallway bath. There is also a 3 rd pull out bed in the room w bunk beds, that we also didn’t know about until we pulled off the sheets the last morning we were there. The outdoor shower is great , lots of hit water and great water pressure. The washer dryer worked great too. That was a big plus. The kitchen is well equipped w a lobster pot and another pot for corn and or potatoes. Overall we really enjoyed the home . Would recommend this home and hopefully the owner will leave some nice laminated lists for the renter to know more about the property..

Ideal house for summer vacation.

This house was perfect for our summer vacation! Conveniently located near the beach, bike path and downtown. This clean, comfortable house had everything we needed to make our trip so relaxing! The setup was fantastic! Loved the bright open concept! Kitchen was fully equipped! Helpful to have two bathrooms and outdoor shower. Great to be able to cook on the grill, enjoy dinner on the back deck and toast marshmallows in fire pit. Gia was a great host! Very responsive and offered helpful suggestions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house to others.

A perfect house and location for our family getaway!

The house was lovely! A perfect size for our family. We enjoyed the backyard, cooking on the grill, eating dinner on the back deck, and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The location was also perfect for us - so easy to get to the beach, and right across from the bike path that we used to ride to Edgartown. Gia was a wonderful host - so communicative, thoughtful, and gracious. When we arrived there was a lovely card and bottle of wine welcoming us. Such a nice touch. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Almost my favorite part of vacation on MV

This is my fourth year staying at Gia’s home. LOVE LOVE LOVE staying here. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and the perfect home away from home for my family. I highly recommend Gia’s MV home for your vacation. Gia is excellent to deal with and is honest, courteous, and very professional. Love this vacation spot.

Comfortable and relaxing

We found this lovely house to be spacious, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well laid out and well equipped. The 3 bedrooms were larger than expected and easily accommodated our family. The backyard deck offered a pleasant place to relax and enjoy the morning sun. The house itself is well located -- away from the crowded Oak Bluffs town center but close enough to bike or a short drive to both Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. It is also right on a main road (County Road) leading to Edgartown and the rest of the island. The owners were quick to respond whenever we had a question or an issue. Overall, we had a great time during our stay on Martha's Vineyard.

I LOVE staying here when I vacation on Martha's Vineyard! It is beautiful, clean, and so special.

I have been staying at this home for a few years now each time I visit MV and I would ONLY stay here. The home is always clean and ready when promised. It is a great location and the owners are fabulous and professional to deal with at all times. I highly recommend this property if you are interested in vacationing on MV.

Excellent! Cute, clean, very well euipped and close to Oak Bluffs center

We (family of 2 adults and 3 kids) have been vacationing on MV every summer for the past 4 years and this is the 1st place I'd want to stay at again. It was very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped with everything you might need other than the obvious trip to the grocery store. Location is convenient to the center of town. Gia & Lee were very thoughtful and left a welcoming card and bottle of wine. I highly recommend this lovely home!

The perfect family vacation

We couldn't have picked a better house for our family. Our family of 5 fit this beautiful home perfectly. It was clean, inviting and a great location in Oak Bluffs. Only a short drive from town, this house suited our needs and the outdoor shower was a bonus! The owners were a pleasure to rent from and were available with every need and made sure that our stay was one to remember and it definitely was. When we come back to the island we will definitely be renting this location again. Thank you so much!

A great Place to call home

We have stayed on the Vinyard for several years and although there are many fine homes on the Vinyard this one included, what can make the biggest difference between all of them? The owners. The owners of this home bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable.They were always available and happy to answer questions and help in any way possible. The house itself is well laid out with an open floorplan and large bedrooms. One of the bedrooms even has a mini refrigerator, microwave, full bathroom and it's own private entrance. The home looks and feels modern but with a Vinyard feel. Convenient location A great place for a couple or family to spend their vacation.

Green Family Vacation

The house was charming and very accommodating. There were several added perks such as a Keurig, and a grille for family dining in. It was our first time taking our autistic son to MV and the house just made it so comfortable. Can't wait until next year! Derek and Sheila Green
