Our Happy Place is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom (4th bedroom is an unenclosed loft), 1,932 sq ft luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in our large family room.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

the accommodations were great. all the dishes and bedding needed were available. the extras, air hockey, pickle ball rackets etc. were nice. didn't use the grill or fire pit but were great for another time. loved the pool and pickle ball courts. This was our second stay here. We love it! We had a big group of twelve. We love the location. We always go to snow canyon, and staying here lets us get there before the crowds. We love the pool. We had a lot of fun playing pickleball. The place is decorated beautifully, very clean, and well stocked. We’ll probably go again next year

We had the best time here. Location is amazing, place is super clean and well stocked and great for a group. We used the pool and hot tub every day, had a lot of fun playing pickleball, and we loved going to Snow Canyon and riding bikes on the trails. Would highly recommend.
