Welcome you to our humble and comfy downstairs apartment situated in a large beautiful lot!

The Space:
This compact unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath which can accommodate up to 5 people who would like to explore the Golden Gate (NOBE) neighborhood in Oakland together. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood, world-class restaurants, cafes, and a lot more -- there’s just simply too many options to list!

Completely rebuilt in 2018, from foundation to roof, this unit was fully restored with all new systems!

BEDROOMS
The unit has 2 bedrooms with -- 1 full bed, 2 sofa beds and an air mattress.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is just perfect for family bondings. It comes with a Smart TV that is set up with Netflix for your movie streaming!

KITCHEN
Step into our simple eat-in kitchen and bring out the chef in you! Prepare your dinner, lunch or breakfast anytime you feel like cooking.

ADDITIONAL SPACES
You'll also have access to our beautiful and peaceful backyard garden -- feel free to play and have fun with friends and family!

We may not have free parking on the premises but we have plenty of free street parking!

For added convenience, we also have a shared washer and dryer on site as well as Wi-Fi for guests use.

Golden Gate (NOBE) neighborhood in Oakland -- a quiet neighborhood, close proximity to Berkeley, Temescal, Oakland, SF, and Emeryville!

Totally central to Berkeley and Oakland, you can walk to awesome restaurants, Rockridge BART, shops, bars & Trader Joe’s. Here are some of our favorites --

Thanksgiving with the kids

Overall good experience-neighborhood was nice and quiet. A couple small issues with the kitchen sink and ants but otherwise very nice. Layout of the place is different but ok once you get used to it!

Quirky layout but nice place

The layout of the apartment is like having two side by side areas, both with living rooms and bedrooms. They both feed back to the kitchen and bathroom. While quite comfortable, the heat was only on one side with made half the apartment too hot and the other too cold. Lots of room though. Nice big kitchen. Bathroom amenities were of low quality. Plenty of towels. Nice huge washing machine and dryer.

Cosy but insect problem

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a nice sized, cosy space with enough beds for 3-4 people but it also has insect problem that the hosts need to look into. I left cereal out for a day and it was covered in ants, there were also spiders everywhere. Probably needs an exterminator visit before the next rental.

The apartment is in the basement no air circulation the bed and linen are below standard.

Vrbo should check the place before listing. Disappointing and it was a garage and the picture is not at all resemble the apt.
