Property manager was unwilling to communicate about guest conflict even though I was willing to discuss the conflict and resolve it in anyway they wanted.
They Did not let me celebrate my promotion as was my reason for booking, which I stated before I got the booking. And invaded privacy with all the cameras in every room.
Not to mention they're missing basic amenities, such as sinks. and have an insect problem.

DUNGEON not Palace!
DON'T STAY HERE! Opened the front door and was greeted by COCKROACHES that you could saddle and ride! The musty and moldy smell was reminiscent of old castles from the dark ages (possibly why it is listed as a Palace). The cobb webs hanging throughout the house added to the ambience, some were 6 to 8 inches in length. No AIR CONDITIONING! The a/c is broken and doesn't work. The property mgr apologized for the confusion but let me know it wasn.t listed on the amenities(Really?). We opened the front door and rear slider to get some air flow. Nothing could be done for the bedrooms. Stifiling! Door to garage off the kitchen was not there. Found it in the garage against the wall. The heat coming from garage was unbearable. Had to barricade entry with cardboard to help stop heat. In the Master bath there is a double bowl vanity but there is no sink on one side just a gaping hole! My daughter who weighs 110lbs sat down at the dining table and the loose leg on the chair gave way and snapped landing her on the floor. Minor bruising and embarrassment but will survive. I found another broken dining chair in garage with the broken garage door. Dining set is old and chairs are unstable but look good in picture. Tested the rest before we used them to ensure our safety. I have received a bill from VRBO for an additional $537.00 to cover dry rotted broken chair! Somebody is smoking serios drugs! I rented the Palace for my daughter and her bridesmaids( a Palace for a Princess) so they would have a large area to hang out, do flower arrangements and get dressed for the wedding. Her friends came from various parts of the country. I live on the east coast and rented what looked like the perfect place. I was embarrassed that any of them stayed there. Had to find another place to get them dressed. So hot they couldn't apply makeup or do hair. How this qualifies as a vacation rental defies logic. VRBO should have better standards!

Rented this place out for our family to celebrate a birthday. Nice neighborhood. And there are shopping centers and grocery store very nearby. Owner was very responsive. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Only thing was it does get hot, the outside felt alot cooler than staying in the home. But there were fans available.
