This unit is fully furnished and recently renovated. It includes a Lanai, Golf Cart, Carport, BBQ Grill, and a Washer/Dryer. Also includes linens, cable, internet & wifi, utilities, 2 TVs and a coffee maker. There is also a comfortable couch and two recliners.

The location is a short cart-ride to Spanish Springs entertainment and restaurants, swimming pool, tennis courts, golf courses and shopping. We also have a single exterior
security camera on the driveway.

The property was clean and roomy and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The owner Joe was very easy to work with and very quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had during our trip.

Great stay

Owner Joe was very easy to deal with and provided great information. Check in process was easy. Home is located in a quiet area and short golf cart ride to Spanish Springs entertainment area, shopping and many recreation opportunities so could relax at home or keep busy depending on the day. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting The Villages again,

Home in "original" Villages community

Great location. Clean, and was perfect for the 2 of us. But I thought I rented for the ENTIRE month, not 28 days of a 29 day month! This was very disappointing. I have used VRBO numerous times in the past. Never had this issue. Who rents for 29 days of a 30 day month, or 30 days of a 31 day month? This was a VRBO issue, and does NOT reflect on the owner.

Yes, this can be confusing when making a reservation. Note that the "End-Date" on your reservation might better be labeled as your "Check-out Date", which would clear up any confusion. (They are the same date.) I'm glad you enjoyed your stay, and hope you had a safe trip home! -Joe

Great place for a couple month stay.

Very cordial owner (who we communicated with by phone), 2 bedroom home was clean and well supplied, needed nothing. Much cheaper than extended stay motels/hotels and much more secure. Nice neighborhood. Gated and over 55. Right in The Villages, so much to do all the time. Had use of owner's golf cart which was a nice additional feature of this property. We would definitely stay here again, whether for a week or several months.

Great location!

The house was very clean and had all the amenities. You’re only a little over a half mile from the Spanish Springs Town Square where you had bands and dancing every night of the week. Owner Joe was very accommodating and made my month stay very nice. I’ll be back!
