You and your family can relax and unwind in this perfect North Topsail Beach 5 bedroom, 4 bath home! As the south side of a duplex in the Surfside Villas community, you will have everything you need and then some to make memories at the beach. Professionally decorated, new construction in 2016 and all of the amenities you need including elevator, 3 ocean front decks, a hot tub, community pool and more!

Living and Dining:
The first floor of the home is the main living area. Step inside to the open floor plan where a beautiful living room awaits with spectacular views and access to an oceanfront deck. This deck is a great place to spend time day or night as the hot tub is located here and the views are amazing! You'll enjoy movie nights on the large flat screen TV as well as wonderful conversation. Head over to the dining area and kitchen where the real fun will happen! Family meals can be a lost pastime, but not at this home. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals together.

Sweet Dreams:
When the evening is winding down and sleep is the best thing for your family, there are 5 amazing bedroom options from which to choose. The sleeping arrangements here will work for any family group, and there is not a bad choice as all rooms have televisions and water views! The private master suite with a king bed encompasses the entire top floor of the home. Take the elevator up here if you want and be amazed at the views from the room and the private sun deck overlooking the ocean. You can see blue water for miles! On the 2nd floor are three bedrooms, two with oceanfront deck access for taking in a picture perfect sunrises over the ocean! On the back side of the home is a large bedroom for the kids, one in which they can spread out, relax and watch their favorite shows on the large flat screen TV. On the first floor of the home is the 5th bedroom. This is perfect for those who may not do stairs well as you are already on the main living floor of the home.

Outdoor Spaces:
Then you pull yourself away from the home and all of the fabulous amenities, head over to the beach for a day filled with sun, surf and sand! The community beach access is just to the left of At Last. When you return from the beach, put your beach gear away in the storage room in the carport, and don't forget to shower off in the hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower. The community swimming pool is a great place to take a dip with the kids or if you prefer a little less sand. In the evenings, step into the hot tub on the first floor oceanfront deck and relax better than you have in years. Enjoy any of the three oceanfront decks that offer spectacular views! Two are partially covered so you can get out of the sun if you feel the need. Other community amenities include a large oceanside yard that would be perfect for a family bocce game or cornhole match. In the center of the yard and close to the swimming pool is a common grill and picnic table. Use the amenities, meet the neighbors and enjoy family fun on North Topsail Beach! No matter how you like to spend your time at the beach, this home has everything you need for everyone in your family to have the best vacation ever!

Location:
Your beach house rental is located approximately 11 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge or 2.6 miles north of the North Topsail Beach high rise bridge. You’ll love the peace and quiet here! Visit the Sea View pier or drive to nearby Surf City or Snead’s Ferry (just off the island) to visit restaurants and shops. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
