Laundry in the garden, barbecue, toilet, pizza oven, with fan table (18 seats), wood deck.
Pool with small beach and wading area for children.
Sleeps 20 people plus 2 employees and up to 6 internal cars.
At 100 meters from the sea in end street, filmed 24 hours, with gatehouse in the background.

Restaurant, ice cream parlor, Sun Hat and Badauê 80 meters. Newly reformed.
