This sunny south facing studio has an open city view on a wide street. There are high ceilings, hard wood floors, a large closet and a renovated bathroom with full size tub and modern shower body. The heat, cooking gas, electricity and WiFi are all included in this price. The kitchenette has modern appliances and the apartment has its own Washer/Dryer that makes life much easier. This location on 29th St just steps west of 8th Ave is very convenient to the Moynihan Train Hall, F.I.T, Madison Square Garden, The High Line and many subways, restaurants shops and theaters.
