A coastal cottage at its best! Great ocean views from the bright and open great room, sun room or decks. Fantastic home office space. Only 6 lots from the wide and private beaches of Ocean Sands section C. Beautiful wood work throughout and fantastic coastal decor. Very clean and modern house at the beach.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport with an outside shower and a picnic table.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV, private bathroom and attached laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink. Queen Bedroom with deck access and semi-private full bath (second door to the hallway). Bedroom with a Bunk Set and Single.

Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access, dining area seating 8 with sun room access, kitchen and a half bath. Office with computer monitor, printer/copier and telescope. Queen Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, private bathroom and private deck.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Terrible smell and broken air conditioner

When we arrived there was a terrible smell in the house. It was either a rotting animal or sewage. Half way through the week the air conditioner in the upper level stopped working. The rental company sent someone to service the water pump the first day we were there. Salt and another chemical were added to the water system as the house runs on well water. The next day the smell pursisted. I called the rental office again and they sent a maintenance guy out who confirmed that we had a terrible smellmin the house. Then a cleaning lady was sent over to deal with it but her services were insufficient. The smell persisted all week depending on how hot it was outside. The thermostat in the upper level of the house went blank and the unit stopped working on Wednesday. I called or emailed every day to get help with these problems and was promised nby the rental company that someone would be out to deal with them but no one came. It was a very disappointing experience.
