The house itself was beautiful, well-appointed, and perfect for our family vacation. The amenities were excellent, the location was fantastic, and the short walk to the beach was a huge plus. We especially appreciated how spacious and comfortable the home was for our group.Unfortunately, our experience with property management was disappointing. The hot tub, which was a major amenity for our family, stopped working rhe first day. I contacted Brindley Beach daily, and was repeatedly told that a pool/spa technician was "in the area" and would be coming soon. Each day brought a different explanation, but no technician ever arrived and the hot tub remained unusable for our entire stay and the pool pump & heater were not working the last two days.I understand that maintenance issues can happen in any rental property. What was frustrating was not the breakdown itself, but the lack of follow-through and the repeated assurances that help was imminent when it never materialized.To the owner's credit, they did provide a partial refund after our stay, which we appreciated. Overall, the home was wonderful, but the handling of the maintenance issues prevented this from being the five-star experience it otherwise would have been.
