This home will impress, you'll enjoy all the furnishings and flat-screen TVs in each bedroom. The dog can enjoy vacation as well with a fully fenced courtyard to romp and play in the sun. Your family will love all the community amenities including community pool, volleyball court and picnic areas.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fenced courtyard with a hot tub, lounge chairs and gas grill. Inside you'll find the Recroom with a air hockey table, TV and high-top game table seating 4. Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle and TV and a full hall bathroom.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV and private bathroom, King Bedroom with TV, Queen Bedroom with TV, full hall bathroom, office area with desk and chair, laundry room with washer and dryer and deck access from the hall.

Top Level: Great Room with TV, deck access and electric fireplace, kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining area seating 8 and a half bathroom.

Extras: Hot Tub, 6 flat-screen TVs, gas grill, Keurig coffee maker, air hockey table, high-speed wireless internet, KABA keyless entry, electric fireplace, linens and towels provided and community pool. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

We had the best stay! We never booked a vacation and everything was perfect. The house was clean, pots/pans, etc were nice and usable, beds were comfy, etc. felt like home. Great location and nice and quiet!

The property was listed as a highlight with a hot tub, so between 3 properties we were looking at we chose this property because it was listed as having a PRIVATE hot tub. We were all looking forward to being able to sit and relax. However, upon our arrival the hot tub was drained and dirty. We called Brindley Beach rental and were told that the irrigation system was broken and had been reported but no repair scheduled. They told us the issue would be rectified that day. They never call us back so We called again. They told us the new hot tub would not be delivered in time for our use but the vendor or sales manager would call us with a plan of compensation. We have not received a call back despite us calling several times. Our vacation is over and we are back home without any resolution. Other issues we faced were kitchen outlets needed to be replaced that we had to call about and clogged sinks that we had to call about. The refrigerator ice dispenser is broken, the microwave light was out and it’s very dark in the corner and hard to see what you’re cooking. While we were cooking in the oven, while trying to open the door, the left side of the handle pulled right off. A lightbulb was out in the master bath, and the carpet was loose and dingy. I don’t feel I am nitpicking due to the price that we paid and could’ve received more for less, a lot less. Still waiting for compensation! To be continued…
