A beautiful modern French villa situated on it's own private property with a large terrace, a private pool, 2 sun beds, an outside dining table and private parking. The garden offers privacy.
The villa has a large modern kitchen, spacious living room with 2 comfortable couches. There is a large fireplace. Big windows and 2 french patio doors offer a lot of light. There is s large size bathroom with jacuzzi, walk in shower, and washing machine on the ground floor. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
Upstairs there are 2 separate rooms with double beds, one with a a private wash basin. There is a second toilet upstairs. The loft offers a sleeper sofa for one person.
The property was fully restored 5 years ago to a high standard, it's decorated to make you feel at home and enjoy a peaceful vacation on the countryside. It offers a private pool for entertainment and relaxation.
The location of the property is on the country side, there is a beautiful forest on walking distance.
