What makes this property unique
Follow all CDC guidelines for proper cleaning between bookings by a licensed certified cleaning service. Procedures include a three step process as follows: 1.) application of a low pressure fog mist inside all rooms and soft surfaces such as couches, chairs, beds, etc including all HVAC supply and return ducts by turning on HVAC fan while germicidal mist is applied to rooms 2.) Use of an electrostatic UV cleaning of all high touch items such as light switches, door knobs, appliance handles etc and 3.) Hand wipe all horizontal hard surfaces including counter tops, table tops window sills etc with Isopropyl Alcohol.
