The house was kept very clean. The amenities provided were above and beyond that of most VRBO properties. The host was always available and courteous. The proximity to the beach, bay and fabulous Margate restaurants was excellent-all within walking distance. We had a fabulous time and can't wait to return!

the area is peaceful location, and within 1 block and 1/2 you can view the sunsets every night on the bay. You are also 3 short blocks to the beach, at that beach. There are tennis courts, basketball courts Pickel ball courts, a playground, and full set of rest rooms. In addition to on duty lifeguards when in season

What makes this property unique

The home is within walking distance to the beach and to the bay. They bay life is great for children and adults. The children can enjoy bike rides and the outdoor water park as well as the Famous Ice cream stand. Also there are family friendlily restaurants all within walking distance. There is night life for the adults with fam restaurants, Steve and Cookies, Tomato's, and Sofis restaurant. Macarids, as well as new Lamberti's restaurant on the bay.
