Wonderful location with a great view of the mountains. There was a telescope pictured in the property description that was missing, otherwise everything was great.

Thank you for your kind words about our property's wonderful location and great mountain views! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay. We apologize for the missing telescope and understand how it might have been disappointing. Rest assured, we are addressing this immediately to ensure it is available for future guests. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us maintain a high standard of service and amenities. We hope to welcome you back soon for another memorable stay!
The house was fine except there was no cell phone service and very little internet service. The home was advertised as "Dog Friendly" but when we informed them that we would be bringing our dog we were told dogs were not allowed (although the owners had a dog waste bag dispenser attached to the deck). There is one road into the development and on one of our days there they put fresh oil on the road without notifying us so our car was covered with black oil and gravel. When checking in we asked about getting a pack n play for the baby for our last night there and were told one would be available, were told to pick it up in the office on Friday afternoon but when we arrived we were told they had none. Kevin in the office was very rude and unhelpful. After much back and forth and the threat of a bad review, one finally appeared. All-in-all, the Windcliff management made our stay difficult.
Our family visited here and loved the views. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the coffee choices. The snow on the last night (8inches) was beautiful! We hope to come back in the future!
