2. No Parties or Events – $1,000 fine and cancellation without refund
3. No Smoking, Vaping, or E-Cigs Indoors/Backyard – $1,000 fee + ozone cleaning if violated
4. Undisclosed Guests – $50 per guest/night for anyone not listed
5. Do Not Tamper with Security/Smoke/CO Devices – $1,000 fine + possible removal without refund
6. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out – Must be pre-approved. $50/hr. (authorized); \$100/hr. (unauthorized)
7. Pet Policy – Furry family members are welcome! Dogs only $125 additional cleaning fee per stay. Dogs over 25 lbs. require prior approval. Must be listed in the reservation. Unauthorized pets = $250 cleaning/repair charges. Service animals are welcome in line with Airbnb’s policies, but the cleaning fee still applies to maintain an allergen-free space for future guests.
