Honestly, I was very disappointed with this rental property. We had a packed weekend and were only at the home during the evenings, but even with limited time there, our experience was not good.Upon arrival, the exterior of the home was completely unkempt. Although the owner explained that the landscapers had been delayed due to rain and did come the following day, the condition of the yard seemed to reflect more than just a few days of neglect. It appeared that there had been ample opportunity during drier weather for the lawn to be properly maintained.Inside the home, we encountered several issues. The showers and one of the toilets were clogged, which suggests there may be an underlying plumbing problem. The beds were also very uncomfortable, and one of them appeared to be held together with a green bungee cord, which felt unsafe and clearly in need of replacement.Additionally, we saw roaches inside the home. One was even left by the bedroom door.Overall, I would not recommend staying here. I believe the owner needs to thoroughly address these issues before renting the property out again. For the price paid, I expected a much better experience and feel I could have found a more suitable place to stay.

They had 2 cameras in the living room. We were being watched because I got a text from the owner about our dogs. I thought indoor cameras were not allowed. We will not be using this one again.

No dishwasher was only downside.We stayed 4 nights, on our return to the house on day 3, we found ants on the kitchen counter, we had donuts on the counter since the first night so felt lucky the didn’t come til last night. Great location

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Exactly as described. Close enough to all areas we visited. We arrived early and Marisela was able to let us in early. Much appreciated. We had one issue with the tv not getting Netflix and Marisela was right on it. I would definitely stay again, if I ever come back to the area.

Quiet neighborhood

Nice property, quiet neighborhood, close to every where we wanted to go. I gave 4 stars for the overall rating because there weren’t a lot of towels and wash cloths. We had to wash them every day/night so we would have clean ones. Also it said to be sure and wash any dirty dishes. I had to go buy a small bottle of detergent because I couldn’t find any and use paper towels to wash our cups and glasses with because I couldn’t find any dish cloths. No major inconveniences. We were basically there just for sleeping.

Thank you for your review! I’m glad you enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and how close everything was to where you wanted to go. I did want to mention that right before check in, I personally stopped by to replenish some supplies and saw the dish detergent and green sponge on the counter, so I’m sorry if they were overlooked. We don’t provide laundry detergent, but I’ll make a note to mention that more clearly for future guests. We typically provide two towels per guest and haven’t had any concerns in the past, but I appreciate you sharing your experience—it helps us know what to improve on. Thanks again for staying with us!

Great for our family of 5

We had a great stay. Although we only use it basically to go to sleep (we were out with our kids most of the day) it was nice and cosy. Close to SFFT and the airport. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we are around that area.

Good value fo

The house is in an older neighborhood and is a little worn. However, it is a good value for the price. We immediately saw that the closet door was off the tracks when we arrived. I took pictures and sent them in, but never received a response. The 3 of us had to share the master shower as the tub in the main bathroom was very slow draining. If you want to use the Keurig, you need to bring your extension cord, otherwise, you will have to move it, nothing major, but just something worth noting.

Inside house very nice and clean. 3 large screen TVs. Outdoor patio was not as clean. The house was perfect for two couples and two children.

Girls weekend

This was a fun girls weekend. The house was centrally located with ample room. One of the queen beds was uncomfortable. I think that the couches and carpets could have been a little cleaner. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and for the budget we had it was fine.

First, we noticed several towels were missing, and the ones left behind were heavily stained and not salvageable. Additionally, it appears that your nephew accessed a locked cabinet where we store clean linens for upcoming guests and removed all the towels from there as well. This storage area is clearly marked as off-limits and is meant to ensure every guest has a fully prepared and properly stocked space upon arrival. As you know, I also took time to assist over FaceTime with the new TV setup, which had just been professionally installed the morning of your check-in. I was happy to help ensure everything worked smoothly for you. We work very hard to keep our home clean, stocked, and welcoming for every guest, and we do expect that same care and respect in return. We would stay here again

We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re visiting the area. The property is clean and I was not afraid to stay there alone while my husband took our daughter to a concert. It was in very close proximity to everything we wanted to see and do. The owner was easy to get ahold of, and was even quick to refund the pet fee since we ended up not bringing our dog after all. The home was nicely updated. It felt like home away from home. Our family was very comfortable here.
