Clay-tiled roofs, lush tropical grounds and stunning gulf views, this beachfront retreat is designed for relaxation. Two Jacuzzis, a heated swimming pool’s unique 1700 square foot design features two shallow ends and plenty of private spots for guests. Two lighted tennis courts, racquetball room, fitness center, pool bar, game room with video arcade, pool, ping pong and supervised recreation programs provide guests with a variety of options for vacation entertainment.

Beautifully-appointed two bedroom condo (primary bedroom features one king bed and guest bedroom with two twin beds), each with two bathrooms , sleeper sofa, screened balcony, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and DVD player. Earthy, sandy tones accented by rattan furniture and wood trim truly makes you feel like you're on a dream island retreat.

*Please note, parking is provided for one vehicle, per unit. Additional parking at property's discretion for an additional fee. There is no parking for oversized vehicles.

Perfection in Marco

Eagles Nest

This is our second time staying at the Eagles Nest and we loved it even more this time around. The unit received a facelift and couldn’t have met our needs better. We had a great week and will definitely rent again!

Great trip! The Eagles nest was awesome as usual.

Only issue we had was the shower in the bathroom (not the master bathroom) didn’t drain very well. Everything else was great!

Xmas in marco

Nice place, very pretty pool area, kids enjoyed the tennis and basketball, and great view from condo balcony. Concierge very responsive, we didn’t have any problems, just had some general questions. Beach chairs are rentals so a bit disappointing for weekly rental price.

Eagles Nest 406

This is a nice two bedroom two bathroom 4th Floor unit in a wonderful complex overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. It has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. The staff is friendly and helpful and there are activities around the pool area each day. The only two issues with 406 were the inability to connect to the Wi-Fi within the room and a dryer that would shut down after two minutes unless it was barely loaded. I’m sure these can be fixed.

A great vacation in a great location!

We had never been to Marco Island before. We certainly were pleased with our choice of where to stay. The unit itself looked better than in the photos! That's always a pleasant surprise! Other properties nearby had extremely crowded swimming pool areas and crowded beaches. The Eagles Nest swimming pool area seemed to always have lounge chairs available (on Spring Break!) The beach situation was a surprise to us. You can't just turn up and go to the beach. You have to reserve a lounge chair at the beach. When we arrived the first two rows were sold out for the whole week. That was the only disappointment of the trip. We did go to the beach 3 of the days we were there and each day we were placed in the fourth row. So basically a view of the back of everyone's chair. On any given day at least 40-50% of those chairs went unused the entire day so it seemed sad that we couldn't sit closer to the beach -- when those families weren't even there all day. They do need a better system for that.

Great family vacation

Our family stayed a week in this condo. It was clean and the location was perfect! Activities are offered at the pool for people to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Family Fun!

The Eagles Nest is an amazing small property with a big homey feel. Located right on the beach, with shopping and dining within walking distance. There are so many activities on the beach including banana boat and wave runner rental as well as walking and shelling. We had villa 2105. It offered a beach view through a few palm fronds. It was a fantastic location right by the water fountain and pool. Would absolutely return here again. Hosts/rental agent had awesome communication. Truly a relaxing vacation!!
